Anass (1/5): Enttäuscht und am meistens von der dreckige Wäsche die nicht gewaschen war und der starken Zigaretten Geruch - Nur die Lage Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer befand sich in keinem guten hygienischen Zustand und roch stark nach Rauch, obwohl ausdrücklich ein Nichtraucherzimmer angegeben war. Der Geruch war so intensiv, dass der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm wurde. Zusätzlich war der Rauchmelder nicht korrekt an der Decke angebracht, sondern befand sich in Fensternähe, was auf mich keinen sicheren Eindruck gemacht hat. Auch die Bettdecke roch unangenehm und wirkte nicht frisch gereinigt. Insgesamt machte das Zimmer keinen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde zwar höflich reagiert, allerdings wurden die Probleme eher abgestritten bzw. relativiert, statt eine konkrete Lösung anzubieten. Ich hätte mir mehr Verständnis und eine kundenorientierte Reaktion gewünscht. Für den Preis und die Beschreibung der Unterkunft hatte ich deutlich bessere Standards erwartet. Ich würde dort nicht erneut buchen.
