- Suely (1/5): Reclamações - Não houve hospedagem. Cancelei pelo Booking.com no mesmo dia da entrada e mandei msgm falando sobre a minha decepção. Fiquei 1hora na porta do hotel sem qie ninguém me atendesse. Depois de ligar várias vezes para o Sr Tadeu e para Sra Tamires o Sr Tadeu me retornou e disse que era um quarto com banheiro coletivo, bem diferente do que oferecia nas fotos. Ao dizer que iria cancelar a reserva o Sr. Tadeu foi grosseiro, bem diferente da pessoa que vinha me atendendo. Estou aguardando que o Booking.com me devolva o valor que paguei. Se isso não acontecer vou procurar meus direitos por constrangimento e propaganda enganosa. Obrigada. Da propaganda enganosa que mostrava quarto amplo, cozinha, banheiro e depois oferecia quarto com banheiro comunitário. Nao entrei no hotel, conforme expliquei acima. Tão logo fui informada da realidade das instalações, cancelei minha reserva e aguardo ressarcimento. Obrigada.

- Caio (9/5): - Além de bem localizado e de fácil acesso, muito limpo e organizado, o anfitrião muito cordial e atencioso! Única coisa que falta é um ar condicionado, é bem ventilado, porém um ar condicionado elevaria a outro nível.

O lugar estava limpo, tudo muito organizado, e tudo o que precisei durante a estadia foi atendido dentro do que eles podiam oferecer. Definitivamente recomendo! O preço é mais do que justo e a localização é excelente, com bancos, padarias, opções de lazer e outros serviços por perto. Não é exatamente algo que eu não tenha gostado, mas sugeri ao Tadeu a possibilidade de incluir um fogão, já que o apartamento está equipado com tudo o mais necessário. Compartilhei essa sugestão diretamente com ele.
