• Toshio (10/5): 最高の立地とロケーションの快適で素晴らしい宿 - 家族旅行で10人で過ごすには余裕がある十分な広さで、設備や寝具なども充実していて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 目的の浅草・両国・スカイツリーへの移動がしやすい立地だったのもとても良かったです。 また、静かな環境で過ごしやすく、コインパークやコンビニ・スーパーも近所にあって便利でした。 屋上からスカイツリーが見えるところも良いポイントかなと思います（夜のライトアップがよく見える位置です） 調子が悪く暖房が使えないエアコンがあった（暖かい日だったので問題はなかったです）。 備え付けの毛布の一枚が、なにか零したような汚れがあって使えなかった（寝具は十分に揃っていたのでこちらも問題なかったです）。

Large enough to comfortably fit all 15 of our family. The rooftop area was a highlight. Amazing view of the Tokyo Skytree, especially for New Year’s Eve. We would happily stay here again

• Michele (7/5): Pleasant stay because we were family together. - The location was great. It was a short walk to the Skytree, to grocery stores, bakeries, and small mom and pop restaurants. We had 2 apartments, which was nice for our group, even though we didn’t realize they were separated until shortly before our stay. No big deal, as 401 was nice and comfortable, and was comfortable. The host was very responsive and always willing to help, he was a great host. I feel bad giving a lower rating, but let me explain why. Apartment 501 was not a true 4 bedroom, there were closets only in one bedroom. Also, only 2 “bedrooms” had air conditioning, so you had to open the sliding doors to allow the airflow to circulate, which allowed for no privacy. Upstairs had a toilet with no sink, so if you used the toilet upstairs you had to go downstairs to wash your hands. The stairs had a bannister along the wall, but open on the other side, which was a safety issue. There were 3 bar stools, but no dining table. The “projector” screens were pieces of cloth and not true projector screens, so it was very difficult to see in the daytime. Also, they wouldn’t stay powered up, so we had to try using our own plugs, which didn’t always work. Overall, nice apartments, but 501 needs some revamping.
