Guest Reviews
- PhillCampbell (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - Leaving. My god where do I start? DO NOT STAY HERE unless you're a hopeless drug addict or alcoholic who has no desire for cleanliness, basic hygiene or security of one's self and or your belongings.
I had originally booked my stay at another property owned by the same company/ owner at Baulkham Hills but received a phone call two days before I was due to check in asking if I minded moving to the Kellyville property as there was an electrical problem at the Baulkham Hills site. I obliged as It wasn't a big deal to me where I stayed as long as I could easily get to the city.
But reading the reviews of both properties now I see it would have probably been just as bad!
I was in need of some inexpensive accommodation for a week and thought that renting a private room in the suburbs would be more comfortable than than a hostel, big mistake!
When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly enough although somewhat undesirable man who introduced himself as Joe. He showed me to my room but never told me what his role within this deplorable share house was until I later asked him.
Now the only reason that Joe told me he was the house manager is because no key was available to lock my room but he assured me my things would be safe because he would be home all day. Which in turn prompted me ask who he was and what his role was.
Now as I mentioned poor old Joe was nice enough but was in no way fit to manage a property that would be used as share accommodation.
The place was filthy, seemed to have no real upkeep of systems or set of rules in place, and no checks on the type guests that were permitted to stay.
Whilst there I had an item removed from my designated pantry shelf and had to yell at a group of young adults (at least I would assume they were of age) to keep quiet at 3:30 in the morning as they were all (at least 4 of them) crammed into one room drinking, yelling and carrying on the whole night. Something they repeated the following night.

- Natarajan (1/5): Very scary experience - Nothing even the lock are not working Nothing to like
- Brent David (1/5): -
- Freeman (4/5): I guess you get what you pay for with regard to this accomodation. - I mean the location is great! Close to Baulkam Hills shops, churches, parks etc. It’s tucked away off the road a bit which means virtually no traffic noise which is great. The mattress in Rm. 6 is atrocious. I could feel the springs digging into my back each night. Maybe the addition of a topper could rectify this. Despite ensuring that I locked the front door whenever I left the house other tenants left it unlocked. This lapse in security meant that any member of the public could have entered the house at any time during the week I stayed there. Suggestion: install swipe card access similar to what is found in hotels. The toilet + laundry areas were gross/dirty with other tenants leaving their personal hygiene products/shower items in the shower recess.
- Christopher (1/5): - I had issues with the security and cleanliness of room 6 and messaged the property twice, with no reply from them. Thus, I would not recommend staying at the property considering the issues with it!
- 志豪 (3/5): - Room is poorly partitioned. Soundproofing has room to improve
- Klirtek (8/5): -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deryk (3/5): Poor - theres no food or tea coffee etc nothing its like a bording house share double booking and hard to find no key in black box and a man in the room i booked i paid for ensuite room and someone was already in it not happy it was stressful after a long trip and hard to find and i left
