• ligheia (8/5): - Casa confortevole per tre persone, posizione ottima. Da sottolineare che il bagno è nella camera da letto sé si dorme in più adulti. Alcuni angoli della casa sono da pulire meglio o da risistemare.
• Magdalena (8/5): Zdecydowanie polecam pobyt w tym obiekcie! - Duży apartament w dogodnej lokalizacji. Wszystkie konieczne dla nas udogodnienia: pralka, żelazko, kawiarka, podstawowe naczynia, winda, balkon z widokiem. Lokalizacja blisko portu, dworca, centrum. Wszędzie blisko. 2 drobiazgi. Brak suszarki czy sznurków na balkonie do powieszenia wypranej odzieży. Czystość naczyń nie była idealna. Musieliśmy wszystko umyć przed użyciem. Natomiast czystość w całym obiekcie, podłogi, łazienka, pościele, ręczniki - wyjątkowa!

• Denis (10/5): - Très bon emplacement. Logement calme et agréable. Lit excellent. Les liens transmis pour l'ouverture de la première porte extérieur ne fonctionnaient pas. L'appel au N° WhatsApp transmis n'a pas abouti. Nous avons attendu le passage d'un résident pour entrer et récupérer les clés dans la boite à clés.

• Michael (7/5): - Central location. Clean, modern apartment, equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner, refrigerator, oven, microwave... Complicated instructions to get inside. Have to use mail to open the door. You don't realize this complicated way before you pay... It's not fair at all.. The owner has to explain everything before final payment. The apartment was really invested, but lack small cheap stuff like a cutting board, kitchen rugs, couple of knifes... It is really worth to add it
• EmilioGJ (10/5): - Todo muy bien, sin pegas "mayores". Faltaban platos, vasos, paños, nenaje de cocina, algún jabón para lavar platos, por lo demás perfecto.
• sandro (9/5): Un très agréable séjour à Naples - La chambre avec son grand confortable, le lieu proche des métros et le calme car la chambre ne donnait pas côté grand axe de la route. Le manque d'accessoires de cuisine, la plaque à induction en partie cassée mais qui doit être remplacée et la douche dont les joints devraient être refaits car pas très clean ce qui dénote avec le reste de la salle de bain.
• Marc (7/5): - Lage Schlüsselübergabe. Zeitlich unflexibel bei der Schlüsselübergabe auch wenn wir innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeit die Übergabe machen wollten. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Internet hat nicht funktioniert, haben dann allerdings sehr schnell auf Nachfrage den Zugangscode für ein neues erhalten.
• Jozsef (8/5): Very good - Staff had great comms, Ylenia was very helpful. Place has excellent location, close to restaurants, cafes, a few grocerys stores, harbour is only a 15 minute walk away. Apartment is facing the small street in the back, located on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Very cheap quality of toilet paper. No soap at the sink nor at the shower. No additional hangers/place for the guests sleeping on the sofa bed. Bathroom can be accessed only through the bedroom.
• Justyna (10/5): Great place! - Nice, big flat with all facilities and in a good location! Super strong A/C, too! Ylenia gave us recommendations for places to see and where to eat, and we were blown away by how great the food was! We're very grateful as it made it so much easier to choose our dinner spots. There's a problem with ants, but we hope they will sort it out in the future!
• B-i (1/5): Bad - Only position of Apartments was good The Bathroom was dirty, the shower had not been cleaned for months, stains over the whole area possible to get some foot fungus there. We did not use the bathroom just sleept and in the morning went out. Also smell inside of the bathroom going through the whole apartment. We found a half bottle full of cigarettes on the inside door to the terrace. The pillow had stains, the wardrobe was dirty. The whole apartment is a mess never cleaned. The whole experience was weird, upon showing that to Ilenia who showed us the Apartment she didn't see anything wrong with it, upon my request to clean that in the morning, she said they will get back to us a lil bit later to say when they are coming to clean it. No one sent any note about it, in the morning we checked out and demanded a refund. They charged us the first night and demanded the money for cleaning which is obvious they do not clean. We didn't see all those problems because we just left our luggage and went into the city, later in the evening we saw all those problems. Upon later reading the reviews also found similar problems. After complaining and stating it was dirty and smelly they said for them that is good and I am demanding too much that they are no Hotel. Ilenia stated she is just for the front office, I believe her is just a kid max 20 years. Clean is a minimum it needs to be when renting something thats why standards exist. The money we still did not receive for the early check out or for the Cleaning..
• Jasmina (4/5): good location. Overpriced. - Location invest a minimum of effort and buy a liquid hand soap for the bathroom for guests arriving later in the night. Or at least a bottle of water in the flat when guests arrive. It's a real shame not to have a small jar of Italian coffee to make guests feel a bit more comfortable. You can't really sleep on pillows, but we didn't even want to try to contact a person who brought us the keys and ask for different pillows. We didn't use the kitchen at all. Conclusion> place is simply overpriced.
• Lyndsey (8/5): Great apartment in a great location. - The flat is in a great location, just along the road from the Duomo Metro station. It’s a lovely spacious property with high ceilings and it is near to the Conad supermarket, and close to Christmas alley and loads of places to eat and drink. The bed was comfortable and there is loads of cupboard and worktop space in the kitchen. Ylenia came to meet us to give us the keys - she was great at getting in touch to organise and it all went very smoothly. The apartment has good facilities with a utility room, washing machine and a clothes airer on the balcony. The pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable on the bed - I needed to use a folded over blanket as a pillow. There was only one mug in the kitchen, so one of us needed to drink our coffee out of a glass and the kettle broke down whilst we were there. I contacted Ylenia about it and she offered to replace it, but we were leaving the next day, so it didn’t matter so much. There is a drain smell coming out of the bathroom - there was a plug in air freshener to disguise the odour, I expect that is typical for Naples and the plumbing in the old buildings though - it wasn’t awful, just a bit unpleasant.
• Sue (8/5): Quiet apartment in downtown Napoli - The property was warm and quiet and walking distance to most sights. The bed was super comfortable and there was a new washing machine. There was also a lift as the apartment was on the 3rd floor. It was a 15 minute to the train station. There was a terrible smell of sewerage in the bathroom. I bought a diffuser to try to cover it but it didn’t really work. There was no coffee machine (as stated) only a coffee pot and the couch seat was not attached to the back and came out when you sat on it. The pillows on the bed were so hard and lumpy they were unusable. My advice would be to throw them out.

• Judy (8/5): Good for short visit. - Great location on a main road but not noisy because the unit is facing inside. Good size bedroom. The bathroom has sewage smell problem because old building plumbing issue. This unit has a Moka pot but it does not work on the induction stove top, while I was there the hot water pot is damaged too. I think the sewage problem probably can not be solved but coffee, tea kettle can be addressed easily, hopefully management see it review and do something about it. Thanks!
• Michael (8/5): Good apartment, great location, questionable manager. - This apartment looks exactly as shown on the website. It is a quiet apartment located on a major avenue not far the museums and Spacconapoli. The kitchen is modern but could use a few more pots/pans for renters who may want to do more cooking than we did. The bathroom was first rate. The bedroom had a large king size comfortable bed. There is a single couch in the dining/living area which was moderately comfortable. It's a sofa bed, not making the best couch. The only downside to our visit was the interaction with the apartment's manager (Ylenia - spelling?). She met us upon our arrival at the appointed hour and gave us much useful information about the apartment. After she left the apartment we realized there were only 2 thin pillows on the bed. I contacted her via WhatsApp. After several back-and-forths it was determined there were no additional pillows in the apartment. She said she would ask to have the pillows delivered the following morning. The next day nothing appeared. When I contacted her late in the afternoon she stated "unfortunately I don't just manage your apartment, I also have others and today I wasn't able to deliver them to you." When I pointed out she said she would have them delivered, she simply repeated the same excuse. Not surprisingly, no pillows were delivered on the third day. It seems to us this was perhaps an act of passive aggression or retribution. What a pity!
• Günter (9/5): Very much recommended - The location was very convenient. Restaurants and bars for breakfast next door. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and had a small balcony to the backstreet. Ylenia, who handled our arrival and paperwork, was very helpful and uncomplicated. She responded always quickly via WhatsApp and made it easy to check in already at 10 a.m. in the morning. The only minor drawback was that we could get only one set of keys, which is a bit inconvenient if two parties want to follow independent activities.
• Krista (7/5): Good - The location is great. It's in a good and safe neighborhood, close and in a walkable distance to the main city attractions, sights and public transport. The building is nice, we loved the balcony and that the apartment is facing a silent street. The apartment didn't meet our expectations of cleanness and it was also missing the basic utilities, e.g., soap, dishwashing detergent, kitchen towel.

• Mirva (10/5): THE place to stay in the old town of Napoli! - This flat is THE place to stay in the old town of Napoli, Everything in walking distance and the flat is just perfect! Host was also very sweet and professional :) Highly recommended!
