• David (6/5): Was a good location accommodation was clean and did the job but have to say I wouldn’t go back - Location was very good Access to room was key pad that did not work on a couple of occasions also the accommodation needs a good upgrade as a lot of marks and scratches and holes in walls
• Monika (1/5): Frechheit - eine FeWo in so einem Zustand dürfte nicht vermietet werden. - Eingang von der Strassenseite ist sehr eng und verschmutzt; Briefkästen am Eingang sind verrostet und völlig kaputt; der Hausflur ist übersät mit Briefen und Reklame, die auf dem Boden liegen; Hausflur ist wenig einladend und hat schmutzige Ecken; schmale steile Treppe führt in den 1. Stock; in einem Zimmer war ein großes Loch in der Wand; Wände waren verschmiert und schlecht überstrichen; Sofa hatte Risse; das Bettlaken hatte Flecken; der Fettfilter der Dunstabzugshaube war völlig verdreckt; die Mikrowelle war innen schmutzig; der Wasserkocher war völlig verkalkt; im Küchenschrank standen z.B. Zucker und Kaffeegranulat in einem sehr "bedenklichen" ekeligen Zustand; dass die Fenster nicht sauber waren war nebensächlich, weil die Aussicht nur auf eine Reihe Baucontainer gerichtet werden konnte; merkwürdige Geräusche waren laut zu hören, konnten aber nicht zugeordnet werden; insgesamt roch die Wohnung; die Dusche war schmutzig und der Badvorleger sah auch nicht sauber aus... wir haben die Wohnung nach kurzer Beratung verlassen und uns eine Alternative gesucht. Die Hostmanager haben recht uninteressiert auf unsere Mitteilung reagiert - Zufriedenheit der Gäste steht anscheinend nicht sehr weit oben... ich hänge auch ein paar Fotos von der Unterkunft an...

• zuriñe (2/5): Menos mal que fue breve - Ubicación Estaba muy sucio, roto, las alfombras daban asco, paredes sucias … A la noche no se podía dormir había un ruido de algún motor. ( además estaba roto y sonaba aún más )

• Maria (10/5): Amazing - I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the apartment today. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could need. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and public transport. A big shout-out to the manager, Hussain, who was so attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect for me. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return!

• Barb (3/5): Would not recommend or stay again - Host helpful with extra time waiting to go to airport. Comfortable beds. Well located to supermarkets & public transport. Entrance door left open most of the time (we had people trying the unit door constantly), compressor unit banging on wall of smaller bedroom constantly, lobby was untidy. Smell & noise from side alley was constant from market stall & business owners. Rats & rubbish in alley present late afternoon. Exposed wiring in common areas were concerning. Steep narrow stairs to get suitcases up to 1st floor.
• Kellie (4/5): Good location let down by loud noise and uncleanliness - The apartment is close by to the tube station with good, easy links to the rest of the city. Toiletries and towels supplied which was helpful. The host was easy to get in touch with and check in was simple The apartment felt dirty including the bathroom meaning we did not feel clean after a shower. The bath mat was filthy, cracked tile on the wall and the shower door was hanging off. The toilet also did not flush properly. Floors throughout the apartment left your soles of your feet / socks black. The building bins are kept in the hallway which meant there was an awful smell when we entered and carried through to the apartment. It was extremely noisy throughout the apartment during the nighttime which meant we couldn’t sleep properly. The door of one bedroom was constantly vibrating. In the second bedroom there was a constant loud humming noise which sounded like we were in an industrial refrigerator. There was a really loud constant bang somewhere outside which could be heard in the living room. This meant we had three grown adults in one bed due to not being possible to sleep through the noise
• Florent (1/5): À éviter, sale! - L’immeuble est decrepit et sale, coincé entre en vendeur de fruits et légumes et une poissonnerie. L’odeur est très forte dans l’immeuble et jusque dans l’appartement. Tout est sale! L’appartement donne sur une aire de stockage de containers ce qui veut dire qu’à partir de 5 heures du matin il y a un balai incessant d’aller et venues et de bruit. La salle de bain est ridicule avec seulement un lavabo pour se laver les mains. La cuvette des toilettes manque… bref, je ne recommande cet appartement à personne

• kate (9/5): If you ignore outside appearance, very nice inside. - Once inside, the property is very clean, well-appointed, and cosy. I was asked for photo ID, which I did not have. I was not made aware of this requirement when I made my booking. It is very cold, takes a while for the heaters to start warming. It is very disreputable looking from the outside.

• Megan (7/5): Comfortable, helpful admin, good location close to tube stations and fantastic restaurants. Great fair prices accommodat - Comfortable beds and well kitted kitchen. Cleans and tidy. Noise from daily market set up each day outside window when jet lagged. And people rang doorbell to our apartment all night till 1am trying to access the building. Both nights.

• Siobhan (6/5): Pleasant - Good location 10minutes walk in from Marylebone. Lots of local shops to get supplies and 5 minute walk to Edgware Road Tube. Property recently renovated and beds and sofa comfy. Kitchen excellently equipped with dining table and chairs as well as balcony chairs. Appreciated cold water and milk in fridge and tea/coffee available to use on arrival. Bath towels were lovely and good quality Property is set back behind shops and accessed within internal corridor which had not been aware of. There is a local fishmongers which looked amazing but a smell of fish did waft when opened windows in warm weather. There was an argument in the communal areas of the flat in the early hours which was very disruptive and woke us up. The door entry system to the main communal areas needs improvement. On our return to the property at 11pm - door wide open. Needs a secure spring loaded door to shut automatically. There was a couple of attempts of unknown visitors to enter the communal area who pressed the bell on the door entry system randomly during the day and More disturbingly in the early hours of the morning. The shower cubicle was spotlessly clean however the door rails above the shower were dirty and difficult to close. A friend who was using the smaller bedroom found a hair in the bed.
• Birgitte (5/5): Value accommodation for family or friends requiring two rooms - The apartment was value for money. Perfect for friends or family requiring two rooms. The apartment was fitted out sympathetically. We did not use the kitchen but it seemed reasonably equipped. The door code we were sent was incorrect. The flat owner was helpful but we had to call several times to get in. We had to step over a pile of unopened mail inside the main door. Entrance hall was dirty and very uninviting. The apartment while we could see the effort in doing it up was not very cosy. The whole apartment was shaking when people above had a shower and we could hear every step they made. Furthermore we were woken up in the middle of the night by a racket of a noise outside. Someone dragging metal cages or similar while shouting at each other
• Siti (9/5): Excellent place to stay if u want to explore London! - Spacious master bedroom, comfy beds with heater in each room. Well equiped kitchen. Good water pressure. Great location - plenty of HALAL restaurants around, bus stop right in front, located along main Edgware road. Good security features. No heater in living room.
• Oana (4/5): Disappointing - Comfortable mattress, pillows, duvet, clean bed, the automates entrances without keys. The shower was dirty, and there was no heating in the living room. The bedrooms were very noisy, likely due to the location above shops. The smaller bedroom was louder than the larger one, and there were also storage containers near the building, contributing to morning noise. Additionally, the sink wasn't draining properly.
• Silvia (10/5): Very good apartment - The apartment itself is brand new, extremely clean, and conveniently located on the main street, close to supermarkets, markets, and just a short walk to the underground station. Booking was easy, and the owner was very responsive. I’ll definitely be back. N/A
