• Andreea (10/5): Perfect - It looks just as the pictures. The bathroom was spotless the rug in living room needs a little cleaning and the sofa. But all was perfect nothing bad. Loved the location. Over all the proprietary is perfect just as advertised. I was amazed 👌👌💯💯

Buena ubicación cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, supermercado y metro (8 min. andando). Nos encontramos inseguros en el apartamento porque una madrugada intentaron entrar estando nosotros dentro. Tuvimos que llamar a la policía.

• Andrzej (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect. Fully equipped. Had all I needed. Would take it again I booked 2 weeks and asked owner to shoten my stay by only one day! I was inform to rebook it via booking, which I did, but my tequest was rejested. This was the obly negatove experience. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and incredoble value for money in London.

• Martin (7/5): Flat near Tooting Broadway and St George's hospital - - Beautifully refurbished ground floor apartment - Walking distance to St George's Hospital and Tooting Broadway Underground (Northern Line) - The flat is directly above the underground tunnel so the trains rumble underneath all evening till about 11.30 and start again at about 6 in the morning. Friday and Saturday they would be 24 hour. It's strange how you get used to it. - The TV is problematic (internet etc) and the host would do better to use an aerial and offer something simple and straightforward.

• Ananthanarayanan (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice looking apartment, very well maintained, size of rooms much better than hotels in London, facilities for cooking, washing machine etc were available in the room, very conveniently located close to shops and restaurants tube station is a 10 min walk, 20 min ride into Central London, bus stop is 2 mins away, property manager located close by, very helpful and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Great value for money. Nice small backyard. Safe location, nice surroundings. Nothing specific to mention

• Matthew (9/5): Excellent place, host very helpful, location to hospital was key - 5* - Distance to the hospital was essential for me as visiting regularly, took me 5 mins to walk. The bathroom was immaculate and well decorated. Plenty of bedding provided The front door only had one turn lock which was OK but I would have felt more comfortable with some latch bolts too. Not sure if it was meant to be included but the coffee in the coffee pot was not usable so did not make drinks.
• Danielle (9/5): Lovely, clean and tidy place in a great location to everything - This place was perfect for what we needed. Location was really good. The flat was clean, and well equipped for a weeks stay. Shops, restaurants and the station is only a few minutes walk. I would definitely recommend it and book again if coming this way.

• Fiona (8/5): Nice location - would stay again if extra bed in living room was improved - Location was perfect visited family close by. Very close to tube station and in between 2 nice bar/restaurants on either side. Shop across the road. Sleeping arrangements was only fault with property. Bed was quite small for 2 adults. Third person had to sleep on couch in living room which I had no issue with but couch was not comfortable. Buttons on the back ended up being on one part of the couch and definitely not big enough for an adult.

• Leela (10/5): A perfect little haven for a stay in London. Everything is brand new & everything works perfectly. - It was just perfect! 5 minutes walk into St George’s Hospital where I was working. Excellent facilities & everything was brand new! Warm & comfy & I felt totally safe. Lots of lovely restaurants & cafes all within a 2 minute walk. Tooting Broadway tube station is also only a 5 minute walk away. I really liked the little patio - gorgeous spot for a glass of wine & a curry after a long day at work 😊 Nothing.
• Chandra (6/5): Nice place to stay for a couple (both of whom are small):Freezing bathroom, small bed, tiny sofa-bed - Nice location, clean home, heater rather effective in bedroom/living room Freezing bathroom, lack of replenishment of supplies (soap, shampoo), lack of towel hanging space in bathroom, "sofa bed" a fictional notion--even my 8 year old son could not fit in it! Stay away if more than two people, and if either one of couple is larger than 6 foot, or rather broad (since even the sole bed feels like a large single, rather than a double bed)

You won’t be disappointed! - Ideally located just off the Main Street and 6 mins walk to tube station that bring you into the heart of London in 20 minutes. The property is brand new and is equipped with everything you could possibly want. The host is very helpful and professional. I will definitely be booking this property again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nothing to dislike about this property.
