Dagmar (10/5): Perfektní ubytování pro romanticky založené páry. - Nádherné ubytování v samém srdci Innsbrucku, zařízeno velmi citlivě s ohledem na historickou budovu, jednoduchý a přirom originální vkusný styl. Vše bylo krásně čisté. Check-in a vytvoření karty pro umožnění přístupu do budovy a pokoje proběhl poměrně jednoduše u vstupu do domu na samobslužné doytkové obrazovce. V apartmánu je k dispozici kvalitní fair-trade kosmetika s krásnou vůní (tekuté mýdlo a krém) Střešní okna měla pohodlné ovládání pomocí dotykového displeje. Nevýhodou je, že celý apartmán má jen dva okruhy světel, tudíž si není možné rozsvítit např. jen nad umyvadlem. Rozsvítí se celý pokoj.

You do this through an online check in system which kept saying our rooms were not ready and to try again later. Used the phone to call the help desk who said to give it 5 minutes and try again which we did but was still getting the same message. We called again for the third time and was asked to come along to the hotel reception to collect the entry card there. This was frustrating as in all it took aprx 30 minutes to gain entry.

In den Apartments ist ohne Ankündigung einfach Personal eingetreten und hat unsere Privatsphäre massiv gestört. So etwas darf nicht passieren. Nicht mal nach einer Aufforderung einer Teilerstattung, gab es eine. Wirklich absolut unangebracht und enttäuschend!!

Margot (7/5): Entfernung zum Pool = negativ ansonsten war der Aufenthalt/Hotel in Ordnung - Bei Booking habe ich nach einem Hotel mit Pool gesucht. Leider war unser Appartement aber nicht im gleichen Haus wie der Pool. So müssten wir ca. 300 m durch die Stadt laufen, um zum Pool zu kommen, was besonders umständlich ist, wenn man den Pool 2 x täglich nutzt. ☹️
Eric (8/5): Gut wie immer. - Die Appartments H5 waren wie immer perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse, zumal diese wirklich zentral liegen und dennoch ruhig sind. Wir würden es immer wieder so buchen. Sinnvoll wäre ein Transportmittel vom Hotel zu den Appartments, wie beispielsweise einen Leihbollerwagen, mit dem man sein Gepäck bei Bedarf transportieren kann.

Wiktoria (9/5): We'll be back!!! There's no better hotel in Innsbruck for this quality and price—if you're in Innsbruck, the - Great hotel! That was our second visit there in one month and we are so happy about that trip again. We had room 26 before and now 25. Everything was so good, first the best location ofc, vibes, very good and professional staff, clean, possibility to early check-in and later check-out, super pool, saunas and rooftop jacuzzi! You can left your stuff after check-out in security room in main hotel. So easy to check-in. Clean pools, fresh towels, a hairdryer in the room, coffee, tea, an espresso machine, and the best ice cream in Innsbruck right at the hotel entrance! There are a few small things that could be improved; then our stay would have been a 10/10. Unfortunately, there were no bathrobes or slippers at H5 Studios :( We went to the pool and wellness area at the main hotel, which is only a 5-minute walk from the studio, but we didn’t have any bathrobes :( Everyone else who had suites at the main hotel had them. Unfortunately, we had two separate beds instead of one double bed, which might not have been such a problem if we’d had one large mattress and one sheet; unfortunately, we had two beds pushed together, two separate mattresses, and two sheets. There was no way to sleep together because the beds kept sliding apart—it would be nice if this were noted when booking the room.

Nathalie Claire (10/5): Sehr zufrieden - Das Studio war wirklich sehr schön, modern, hochwertig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Altstadt Vor unserem Zimmer war eine Disco (?) und wir waren von Samstag auf Sonntag dort also war es in der Nacht etwas laut. Ich würde empfehlen, den Gästen Ohrenstöpsel bereit zulegen :) Wir haben aber trotz des Lärmes zwischendurch wie Babys auf dem sehr bequemen Bett geschlafen.
Maria Jose (10/5): Wonderful stay in a very stylish and useful place. - The location was great, right in the Old Quarters with everything within reach (supermarkets, Historic Buildings to visit, tram, busses etc..). We wanted a quiet apartment and we choose one facing the back of the building. You could see amazing Mountain View’s in between a church. Really amazing! We checked in at their Hotel partner which was very handy. There is a blue light that comes at night in the dark as very bright. It’s for safety but I found it very annoying. I had to block it to sleep. The fridge made a bit of noise at times but I’m a light sleeper. If there was a bedroom for the bed, instead of the setting being opened plan, this wouldn’t be a problem.

Ribeiro (7/5): Gostei do quarto e da localização, decepcionado com a questão da piscina e do estacionamento. - Da localização e da limpeza do quarto. Na descrição indica que o hotel tem piscina, no entanto a mesma não se localiza no edificio destes quartos mas sim num outro edificio, localizado a uns 200m, entendo que a publicidade é um pouco enganosa e deveriam especificar melhor. Também a questão do estacionamento não é muito clara, sendo que tem um custo diário de 18€.

DINGJIA (10/5): 非常好 - 地理位置很好，就在因斯布鲁克王宫旁边，离主要景点和北链山缆车起点站都很近。我们提前到达了酒店，工作人员很友好，为我们办理了提前入住。退房之后可免费寄存行李，工作人员也非常和善友好。酒店房间面积够大，设施齐全，环境安静，有完善的厨房设施及用具，附近有超市可购买食物，整体入住体验非常好。

Peter (10/5): A superb apartment located on the heart of the old city centre close to many visitor attractions, restaurants, cafes &am - The apartment layout is excellent with good size kitchen, shower room, storage room. The is also a balcony which looks out onto a small courtyard. The building is party of the old Hof in the old City centre. It has been lovely restored and modernised, whilst retaining the charm of the old building. The building has a lift which makes access with luggage simple and easy. The beds were comfortable, there is large TV, and the kitchen is well equipped with small hob, microwave oven, refrigerator & dishwasher. It was winter when I visited, the apartment was always a warm and comfortable temperature which could be adjusted. There was an air conditioning but I didn’t need to use it. The location is superb, in the centre of the old city, minutes level walk from many of the visitor attractions, restaurants, cafes & bars. A comprehensive selection of shops are all close by. I loved my stay here, a can definitely recommend the apartment, it’s a perfect location base whilst visiting Innsbruck. When I visit again, I will try to stay here. My stay was for seven days, and I wish I could have stayed longer. 10/10 Nothing I can think of, I can recommend staying here…everything was good.
Lisa (10/5): - Atemberaubendes Studio mit viel Charme und Charakter. Man fühlt und sieht direkt, dass es sich hier um ein sehr altes Gebäude mit viel Geschichte dahinter handelt, dass mit Liebe und Sorgfalt saniert und eingerichtet wurde. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage einfach perfekt.

Alexandra (10/5): The BEST option in Innsbruck - wish we could stay longer. - We LOVED this unit. We had to book here last minute due to a nightmare host who was unexpectedly aggressive towards us at a different rental and we left their unit early. We booked this room as a hail mary the morning of and were so pleasantly surprised, we wish we booked it sooner - in fact, I sent the link to my parents who will be traveling to Innsbruck this fall and told them they HAD to book here. It was spacious, clean, quiet, centrally located, had everything, and beautiful - absolutely perfect. Nothing, it was better than we expected.

Wolfram (9/5): Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, perfekte Lage, etwas verbesserungswürdige Kommunikation - Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Studio in historischem Gebäude in der Altstadt. Man geht aus der Tür raus und ist im schönsten Teil der Altstadt von Innsbruck. Wirklich toll! Hunde sind für einen Zuschlag von 10 € pro Hund erlaubt. Man kann super im InnenSTADT Parkhaus parken (Einfahrthöhe 2,10 m€. Die Kommunikation des Hotels vor Anreise war für mich sehr verwirrend. Die Studios sind an das Hotel "Grauer Bär" angeschlossen, das in einem anderen Gebäude liegt (Universitätsstraße). Man kriegt am Tag der Anreise eine Mail zum "Online-Checkin". Praktisch, dachte ich. Dann musste ich aber trotzdem erst ins Hotel, um einen Meldeschein zu unterschreiben. Wenn man dann vom Hotel zu den Studios gelaufen ist, stellt man fest, dass man dort wohl doch seine Zimmerkarte an einem Automaten hätte selber programmieren können. Das Hotel redet die Entfernung klein. Ohne Gepäcl ist es auch ein Katzensprung. Aber mit Gepäck und zwei Hunden ist es schon etwas nervig, wenn man vorher nicht weiß, wo man nun wirklich hinmuss und wäre dankbar für jeden Weg, den man sich mit dem Geraffel spart. Auf die Idee das Gepäck rüberzutransportieren kommt das Hotel auch nicht (obwohl es ja "nur ein paar Meter" sind). Auch welche Kosten für die Hunde entstehen, wurde im Vorfeld zunächst falsch kommuniziert und dann nachträglich versucht nach oben zu korrigieren. Man hat mir die Zusatzkosten dann aber nach einer Beschwerde erlassen. Abgesehen von der wirren Kommunikation im Vorfeld war es aber wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt.
Anita (9/5): - Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist super! Die Betten waren zwar bequem, es waren aber zwei zusammengestellte Einzelnetten dir ständig auseinander rutschten. Für ein Paar nicht sehr angenehm.

julia (9/5): - Beautifully restored 13th century house, very interesting design with lots of lights. The full kitchen is nice and fully stocked to cook a simple meal. There is a gorgeous view from all the windows. There are a few minor things to improve. The absence of any kind of wardrobe, some shelves would be nice and only 4 hangers for the outer jackets is not enough. The pillows are hard, thin, and not very comfortable. The headlights on the bed did not work. The establishment is inside of the old town. It's not possible to get to the front door by car and unload the luggage.
