• Bec (3/5): Not clean - but great location and easy owner to communicate with. - Friendly staff upon arrival. The unit was not cleaned thoroughly. There was hair on the basin, hair in the shower, hair on the beds. 2 of the 4 beds were not made up - which wasn't great walking into after a 9hr trip down in the car from QLD with 2 children, 1 being 19mths old. There was gecko poo on 1 of the beds, there was what looked like a crunchy milk stain on 1 of the blankets - well I HOPED it was a crunchy milk stain, the floor looked mopped, however there was dirt and grass on the floors throughout the unit - not a huge amount, but an amount none the less, the provided vacuum cleaner collection barrel was full, I needed to empty it, in order to be able to vacuum upon my arrival, coffee cups with coffee sip stain marks still on the rims that I had to clean prior to use, bowls and plates still had water in/on them throughout the furst few days of our arrival - I needed to wash these thoroughly prior to use, 1 of the fry pans still had a small amount of cooked egg still on it. Cleanliness was disappointing to say the least. Great location and neat tidy unit though - I emailed owner of the apartment and suggested further/better training for her staff, she did apologise and agreed to speak with staff about their lack of pride and care in their role.

• Helen T (8/5): Perfect Weekend Getaway - Brilliant communication the whole way through. Very flexible with options like early check-in, late check-out, key drop etc. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen items for a family weekend away. The block is quiet and chill and has the pool there for the kids. Super close to the beach and cafes, restaurants, surf club etc. We did notice no aircon which did not bother us at all as we came when it's not too hot but I imagine it would get very hot in summer. Also, the no WiFi threw us off a bit as you'd usually have that in accommodation but again, no big deal.

Pool out front was great. - Location & pool Unfortunately the beds weren’t too comfortable, the shower was extremely slippery from what I think could be bleach thrown over the floor from whomever has cleaned it prior to us arriving. My 2 year old slipped as soon as she stepped foot into it. Thankfully I was there.
• Kelly (9/5): Crappy start but the place is great and priced well (aside from the ridiculous bond of $500!) - The beds were so comfy and the apartment was really spacious. Everything was supplied that you would need in the kitchen the pool was amazing and location couldn’t get much better. We had a fantastic stay and I will definitely book again!! The real estate through a $500 bond on me two hours before arrival, stating that it explained the bond requirement in email sent. Which yes, my bad. But to leave it 2weeks after I had booked and paid the reservation they could have chased it up prior. I was left scrambling for cash last minute after driving 7hours to get there! The girl on the phone was rude and clearly inexperienced leaving me wondering whether my accommodation had been cancelled with still 3goyrs driving ahead of me. After much frustration and 4 phone calls to the rude office lady, and me demanding after many failed civil requests to do so, I was put through to manager of realty who was more than happy to help. It was a real shot show but after arrival we put it behind us and enjoyed our stay. So just please read your emails don’t get caught out expecting no hidden cost, my fault but I’ve never had to pay that kind of money as a bind anywhere else for any room booked through this site and I’ve stayed at hundreds.
• Kelly (4/5): Would stay there again - Locations No air conditioning No cloth to clean up with no teatowel to dry up with which might explain why bench was dirty from last person who stayed microwave smell like it was burning when open door No car spot Very noisy (around 2am )late at night in the street Not being able to open bedroom window to let air in when it so hot and no air conditioning I also think that is a safety issue as well
• Langford (7/5): Good - Great location close to lake, beaches and shopping The bed in main bedroom was a bit small a slightly bigger bed would of been good. No air conditioner No WiFi When need to wash need to find a shop to get change to use the washing machine and dryer maybe get a coin machine put in.
