• Karolina (4/5): Wouldn’t stay there again, but good location - Good location (but very close to a highway) and the host was communicative, also the size of the flat was pretty big for Japanese standards It was not like according to the pictures. The standard of the property was poor, smelled a bit moldy in the entrance, you could see dust in some areas. It was loud due to the highway right outside the window of the bedroom. Not aesthetically pleasing, the bed wasn’t comfortable and it even collapsed underneath on the first night (the mattress fell due to moved wooden ladder in the bed frame). Overall wouldn’t stay there again since it really didn’t live up tot eh pictures and price

• eiju (8/5): 清潔で - 清潔で電子レンジや冷蔵庫、洗濯機もあり便利でした。 建物の名称が変わっていて分かりにくい。鍵の場所が分かりにくい。都市高速道路の近くで夜間の騒音が気になりました。駅までの距離も微妙に遠かったです。

Nos ahorramos el shibuya sky ya que este apartamento tiene skyline propio el mejor alojamiento de todo mi viaje en Japón ♥️ Realmente nos sorprendió las vistas no nos las esperábamos La luz de la habitación puedes cambiar de intensidad súper bien todo Quizá faltaría un poco de menaje para la cocina como cuchillos o colador de olla pero igual tampoco no nos hizo mucha falta No tiene TV si tuviera una televisión con Youtube y Netflix ya estaría genial

• 陳政佑 (9/5): Superb - The location of this accommodation is very convenient. The bus stop is nearby with frequent and practical routes that connect directly to the subway, and convenience stores and supermarkets are also close, making shopping for essentials very easy. Additionally, there are a few bars downstairs, which would be ideal for those who enjoy nightlife, though it wasn’t exactly our preference. Due to the presence of bars and a nearby expressway, there was occasional noise at night from people and engine sounds, but as we had full schedules each day and were very tired, it didn’t affect our sleep much. Overall, the location is excellent for exploring local attractions. This is an elevator-equipped apartment, which is very convenient for travelers with luggage. The in-room amenities are basic but practical. The bathroom provides body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, though the towels were a bit worn, so I would recommend bringing your own or purchasing some locally. The kitchen is well-equipped with essentials, including cookware, tableware, a gas stove, range hood, and microwave, allowing us to prepare meals with ingredients from nearby supermarkets. There’s also a washing machine, detergent, and a balcony, making it easy to keep our clothes fresh and allowing us to pack lighter for the trip. The bed was quite soft and comfortable, with ample space for two. During our week here, we experienced varying weather, so we used both the heating and cooling functions, which worked well without any issues. Overall, the amenities are complete and well-maintained. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. Although there were minor cleanliness issues, like a damp towel left in the washing machine and a dried-up contact lens on the kitchen counter, these were small details that didn’t detract from an otherwise wonderful experience.

• Weisong (10/5): Great experience in Tokyo. - The location is great, 10 minutes' walk to the railway station. And if take bus just beside the apartment, three stops to Shibuya. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the appliances you might need. There may be some noise at night because it is near the street.
• Richard (7/5): Lived-in feel in an active neighborhood with easy access to the rest of the city. - Neighborhood is lively and pretty easy to navigate the city from. Liked that the property felt authentic to the neighborhood. Manager was extremely communicative and helpful throughout; really made the whole thing very easy and pleasant. Smaller and more sparsely furnished than I expected from photos. A little dirtier and rougher around the edges than I’d liked, but understand it’s a real home and not a hotel. Neighborhood and the highway above can get pretty loud at night.
