• Michelle (1/5): Bad - I don't normally complain but front door had no handle, place was a pig sty, bathroom disgusting, no toiler paper, razors everywhere, wet towel on bed for me to use, lightswitch outside room for my room, requested late checkout as arrived checkin midnight as working and said yes, 1130am a gentleman woke me up banging aggressively on door as he was due to checkin, answered my ph to cleaner saying owner would charge me another night, no way, left and I'm a person to give 2nd chances but never again at this property, worst stay of my life
• Paul (1/5): I've stayed in cheap many times without anything to complain about, but this was truly awful - Nothing The bed looked like it had been slept in The bathroom was not private as advertised and was filthy. The bathmat was filthy, underwear was hung up, the sink was filthy, contained a number of live ants and space taken up with someone elses toothbrushes, shaving cream etc. The room was sparse to say the least with an old mattress propped against the wall. There was no light switch in the room. It was across the hall and no lamp in the room.
• Ahmed (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all, it was very dirty, very noisy, no keys for the door, the bedroom lock is broken and jammed, no TV, no seats, smells horrible, everything was horrible, it was a complete deceptive scam and I after I have discovered this madness, I didn't even stay or sleep in there at all at that day of the booking and they refused to refund my booking money or even respond to me about it at all ..... They are a bunch of complete deceptive ruthless scammers whom they lure you into a very rabbish lowlife filthy room and notorious place and then refuse to cancel the booking and refund the money to you when you didn't even stay in there at all ..... Everything in the whole entire house .....

• Deepak (1/5): Private room was not there - I check out immediately within 15 as the private bathroom was not there. It is scam. Room was dirty and filthy. I call to customer care but she didn't help me as well. I want my refund as i did n't stayed there. No private bathroom. Dirty room and location is unhygienic.
