Mohammed (1/5): Horrible experience . Don’t book it - I had a horrible experience with the company the operates the facility I landed into London from a red eye , and I fully knew the apartment was empty but they would not let me check in till 4pm. When I indicated I would pay extra, all of a sudden it became available. They made me pay 75 pounds extra and to my surprise the place was filthy. Even the roof had significant cracks that made me question its safety , bathrooms need full upgrade etc.. I would not record dealing with the host or staying in that place.
Joanna (6/5): Good location, but apartment could improve - Location is good, 2 blocks away from the subway station. The host answers relatively quickly and tries to be accomodating. The building has a lift. The property had offered an inflatable mattress and bedding for the third guest but was not there upon arrival. They brought it afterwards after I told them it wasn't there. The wifi did not work when we arrived. Eventually they tokd us to disconnect the power of the reuter, wait 60 seconds and turn on again. That worked but wasted time trying to tell them to fix it. Even though listed in the Booking.com site, there was no microwave, clothes drying rack nor iron. When requested, they brought us a clothes drying rack. The flat is very HOT, we asked for a fan to be able to sleep, and they did. The kitchen counter had crumbs when we arrived. The living room blinds were not working. The street in the back of the flat is very noisy.
