- Fausto (6/5): - Location is fantastic. Advertised as ski to door which is not true but nonetheless very close to the #5 bus and within walking distance of upper village. Quiet Benchlands literally on the Valley Trail. Im all for promoting your property but when the pictures include pools and hot tubs (which dont exist on the property) and those same pictures are heavily touched up I have a hard time being nice. No spa facilities, no restaurant on site, no fitness room, and no lush garden despite being advertised as "Exceptional Facilities". Generally clean although needs a deep clean (kitchen, oven!, walls, carpets). Unit is quite dated for the price relative to other professionally managed Gleneagles units we have rented recently. Lots of personal clutter and (maybe its just me) but a fridge / freezer full of the owners stuff or worse so, the previous renter's stuff, is hardly appealing!

- William (5/5): NO POOL. The unit is a wonderful place for a family to stay, but NO POOL as promised in the ad. - The unit was very nice, very comfortable. Nice natural light, with a fireplace and and a nice living room. An ideal place to bring a family. The master bedroom had no window coverings, couldn't get it dark enough. The kitchen had a lot of personal items and the fridge was very full. Not a lot of storage space.

- Michael (6/5): Shuttle was easy to get and take around. Parking at the condo was so easy and convenient. - Owner was easy to reach with questions and very responsive.
House was well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo and soap, paper goods and coffee! There was no hot tub. It was shown on the booking site. Owner did offer a work around.

- Isabel (10/5): - We really loved how cosy and gorgeous the place was, it fit all of us, and we had access to some amazing upgrades from Nancy who took reaaally good care of us!
She left us a wonderful bottle of wine, some snacks and allowed us to use her BBQ, yoga mats, and the washer, dryer, and dishwasher! She also had a parking spot in the garage for us, and a visitor's pass for us to use for our second car.
It's now become our favourite place to stay in Whistler. And we really look forward to returning to her precious condo, soon :D! It's a little bit of a walk to Whistler, but we enjoyed the brisk walk during our stay, so it wasn't a big issue :)
