- Camila Paula (1/5): Péssima - Localização. De fato é do lado da praia e tem muito comércio por perto. Achei insalubre o apartamento. Um cheiro de mofo muito forte, não tem ventilação natural. O ar condicionado não funciona, não tem ventilador, o chuveiro estava queimado. As roupas de cama e de banho estavam sujas. Os locatários não atendem ao telefone, não respondem WhatsApp. Mesmo avisando a hora que chegaria, eles só me responderam 1 hr depois do combinado, fiquei na rua esperando até eles me explicarem como funcionava a entrega das chaves.
