• Aleksei (4/5): I booked this apartment for 12 days, paid, but left after 3 hours - The location is great, lots of cafes and restaurants in the near vicinity. The host was supportive and even helped me change money. First of all, the apartment isn't at all so spacious as it may seem from the photos. The bathroom is small. Second, the interior, facilities and furniture are pretty worn out and need an upgrade. Instead of real hangers the closet has the wired ones from a laundry. But what me made leave is the unacceptable state of the bed. The linen and blanket had stains, someone's hair and even a hole with dark edges which looked like a burn. The curtains in the room also had stains. The host acknowledged the problem and offered to replace the linen next day. However, I needed to sleep on that night and I couldn't sleep on such a bed. So I moved to a hotel and never returned to this apartment even though I pre-paid the booking in full. The host refused to return the money. The platform has partially compensated the loss but I still lost hundreds.
