• Matthias (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was dazu gehört - Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere große Familie. Durch die vielen Schlafzimmer hatte jeder genug Privatsphäre und durch das große Gemeindschaftzimmer konnte man trotzdem gemütlich zusammen essen, Spiele spielen oder einen Film schauen. Es war sehr sauber und die Bäder modern und schön. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur 10 Minuten Fußmarsch vom Vatikan entfernt und direkt neben einer tollen Einkaufsstraße. -

• Jenny (10/5): Great place for a larger family. - Great location and right next to the Metro station. Host was very responsive. Apartment was great for our family of 10. After a long day of sightseeing the large table in the kitchen was a great place for all of us to hangout and talk or play games. Would highly recommend.
• Van (10/5): This is a great apartment for a big family to visit Rome and Vatican City! - The location is fantastic! We were just steps from the entrance to the Vatican Museums and a short walk from St. Peter’s Square. We were also right next to metro and bus stops that made getting around Rome a breeze. Our entire family could fit easily in the rooms. The kitchen did not seem totally equipped for a family as large as ours (10 + 1 baby), and when we tried to cook the smoke alarm went off.

• Adriana (8/5): Very good - Location was great and the apartment was spacious for the 12 of us! We were able to get in early and easily. Host was always super responsive.
• Quincy (9/5): Spacious APT for a Large Family / Group - close to the Vatican - The host is VERY responsive and easy to reach via Whatsapp. They were able to accommodate having our family leaving our luggage in the apartment before our check-in time. They were also able to allow us to check-in an hour early. The apartment is very spacious and having the 5 bedrooms, each with their own restrooms was a luxury. Being close to the Vatican was good and it's not too far from various dining options. As a spoiled American who likes strong air conditioning, this property's AC is somewhat underpowered. The hot water situation was a bit frustrating and a few of us had to take cold showers before we figured it out - think low flow and on-demand water heaters. One other thing to note and this is really not the owner's fault and I didn't take it into account for my ratings, but the metro line A that's right outside the entrance is currently closed due until December 5, 2024. Had I know I might not have booked this property as that's a main thing I'm looking for is easy access to the subway. This location would have been perfect if the metro was running.

• Cobb (10/5): Great apartment with super helpful host. - Lift to bring luggage up. Very clean. Located at a metro stop. Whole property on one floor. Not super close to any one “attraction”. But with it being located at a metro stop it was very easy to get around in the city. Several eating places located nearby.

• Daniel (9/5): Superb - Apartment is extremely big, 5 bedrooms, each with own bathroom and open kitchen/livingroom with big table and sofa. It has everything what you need for comfortable stay. Plenty of space for group of 10-12 people. Location is very good, 10 mins walks to Vatican, 30 mins to Pantheon and 45 mins to Colosseo. Ottaviano metro station is located just at the entrance to the building. Place is very clean and quiet even though it's in old tenement building located between very busy streets. Lots of cafes , restaurants and shops all around. Fully recommended. Superb contact with host! Sometimes you have to wait a lot for hot water due to the pipe layout in tenement. But it wasn't that bad. Anything else was brilliant!

• Adriana (9/5): Apt Rome 5 review - Our stay at APT Rome 5 was very good. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable and the living room was perfect for a group of 11 people to hang out. The apartment has modern furhishings, good ammenities and the pictures you see online are really accurate. The location was very convenient as the metro is right at the exit from the building. In the whereabouts you find anything you need from shops,restaurants to supermarkets,souvenir stores etc. The host was very helpful with all the information we needed while being there. All in all we are happy we chose APT Rome 5. Sometimes we had to wait a lot for hot water.
• Lynda (7/5): Apartment was lovely for our large family gathering , clean and comfortable . - Plenty of space . Bathroom with each bedroom , nice towels and bed linen . Everything was very clean . Reasonable wifi , huge tv and plenty of crockery / glasses etc. The location was excellent - just next to a metro stop and within walking distance of Vatican. Plenty of good restaurants nearby . We had some problems with the hot water supply though the host did come and try to fix them .
