• Les (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Falcon Crest Lodge. Thank you Grace and Jason for sharing your lovely condo! - We really like Falcon Crest Lodge and have stayed there 4 or 5 times now. We like the location as it’s a beautiful walk into town through Spring Creek or the pathway system. We like the size and layout of the suites, we’ve stayed in, as well as the full kitchen, fireplace, deck, etc…..which are all are all great features. The hallways on the 3rd floor (where we stayed) were so poorly lit and dark that we had to use our phone flashlight in order to input the entry code on the door lock, every time we entered. I’m not sure what’s going on with the poor lighting as it’s never been that dimly lit before. This is not a comment about the unit we rented, it is, however, a comment to Falcon Crest Management. The hallways need to be brighter for safety and to be able to see the coded door locks. Our unit was very nice, super clean with very well equipped kitchen and also had a great shower. The only negative, for us, was the orientation of the unit didn’t allow for any direct sun on the deck or through the windows as it had a northerly exposure. We love to spend time outside on the deck, when we stay there, so it was a bit disappointing to be in the shade all day. Not a deal breaker for us but something that would have been nice to have.
• German (8/5): Lovely unit with nice view, would recommend. - Excellent location, we walked everywhere except groceries, the size for a couple is more than sufficient, the premium BBQ was nice, dishwasher was convenient, the indoor parking convenient, and the laundry was working (though no hanging rack, only dryer). The view form the balcony is the shared photo. A bit of an impersonal feeling, felt more like a Hotel than a home away from home, kitchen well equipped, used to some personal touches upon arrival from our other experiences, otherwise everything is as described.

We would stay there again. Thank you!! Hallways needed more lighting. The white LED lights were dim and made it look dreary.

I was already charged $110. cleaning fee! Walls are paper thin, therefore you could hear the people next door and in the halls. Noise from adjacent unit and in the halls at night.
• Kelly (9/5): Fabulous 1 bedroom condo with beautiful mountain views . - Wonderful 1 bedroom condo. Walking distance to the cute village of Canmore. Great Chinese food restaurant right in the hotel. Great breakfast spot across the street. Plenty of free parking which was a nice surprise. Grace was wonderful to deal with. Very quick at responding to my messages. She even managed to get us to check in early. The location of the hot tub unfortunately was right in the parking lot.

• Alexandra (10/5): Very comfortable condo with mountain view - The condo was very clean and fully equipped with everything you need, starting from high quality kitchen appliances, tableware and kitchenware to bathroom toiletries. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the duvet could use a little upgrade. The fireplace brings a nice vibe, complementing the mountain view. The underground parking was great to have. Grace, the host was very friendly and responsive to our questions.

• Mark (4/5): Noisy and ongoing renovation and building work very disappointing. Never informed of this during the booking process. Wo - Great location and a very clean Condo All the renovating work happening on level 3 whilst we were there for the entire duration. All the rooms surrounding us and opposite us were being fully refurbished / renovated. Lots of noisy contractors and noisy machinery being used during our entire stay. Also many supply lorries turning up in the car park directly below our balcony delivery building materials whilst we were staying at this Condo.

About 20min on foot into town and 30min to downtown. Parking is very convenient. Apartment is simple but clean and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. Hot tub is for the whole building so we didn’t feel like joining in with the groups drinking and smoking in it…

• Camyyj (9/5): Comfortable apartment for family - The apartment is nice and comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped with the necessary cooking essentials. The view is superb. The sofa bed was not set up properly which we cant find the bed sheet and pillow case, we feedback to the owner and she took immediate action to send over the bed sheet and pillow case. The location is about 800m walking to the town centre, however the bus stop is just right in front the apartment and it is very convenient. If the price can be lower, it would be excellent. Nothing
