• Keyao (9/5): Overall, the room itself was comfortable and the location and view were great, but the check-in experience affected our - The room was clean, the location was great, and the view was really nice, which made our stay enjoyable overall. The late check-in process wasn’t very smooth. The key locker was broken, so we couldn’t access the key when we arrived. I called for assistance and one staff member was helpful in resolving the issue, but unfortunately the lady in the office wasn’t very friendly and made us feel like we were disturbing her, even though we were simply trying to get the keys, and in the end we managed to fix the issue after at least half hour. The situation could have been handled in a more welcoming and understanding way.
• Helen (7/5): Overall a comfortable stay - The location was great & quiet. Good supply of dishwasher powder, body wash laundry detergent etc. Good variety of pillows The swiper did not open both doors Appreciated the early check-in The pool area was ok but given the number of rooms on the property there could be more lounges at pool & BBQ area. We used the bath & when emptying it a lot of dirty smelly water came back up the bathroom drainpipe. water slow to drain from bathroom sinks Kitchen area could be stocked a little better - nonstick tongs, egg flipper, perhaps non-breakable glasses & plates for BBQ area, air fryer may prevent using hot plates etc. The rendezvous' for collecting the key could be tweaked.

• Alison (9/5): Great location, large well appointed apartment. - The view was great, large rooms in the property. Pool area good with comfortable beds. Good comms and care taken to monitor incoming flights to understand your arrival time. Gym was basic, yet clean. Patio furniture basic. Aircon in main bedroom did not cool room very well.
• Sheena (10/5): Besides the uncomfortable situation, Overall it was lovely - I liked the location, the room style and furniture Host worker waiting in the lobby, watching my family and I during our stay. Found this situation very disturbing and disappointing. Seemed like we were being spied on.
• Sam (9/5): Fantastic place to see Cairns - Location is fantastic, appartment has a good view, is very clean and all items where available (e.g. nespresso cups / dishwasher detergent). People from Cozie Home are quick to answer and very helpful.

• Tracy (6/5): Not worth the money especially when we were asked to leave it clean as we found it and remove bed linen ready for housek - The communication from the start with Cozie homes was really good. We arrived at the apartment and let in by one of their staff who met us at Harbour Lights foyer. The location was good with nice view. Seen cruise ship going past which was pretty cool. Had everything we needed to use. Board game 3 second rule was fun. Beds were comfortable. Our overall stay was okay but we were a bit disappointed in a few things. It was much more dated than we thought. There was mould in the shower. The beds were comfortable but cheap mattress protectors that kept slipping off. One of the coffee mugs had a huge chip in it. The balcony had food slopped on the ground from previous guests. Lack of toilet paper which was cheap and thin. We had to purchase more. The air conditioner noise through the main bedroom wardrobe was very loud which wasn’t good during the night as it turned on and off. The only apartment we’ve ever stayed at that requested we leave it the same as when we first arrived with the exception of being asked to remove all the bed linen ready for housekeeping which our son refused to do. Annoyed we had to pay so much then had to clean up which is not our idea of a holiday. It definitely was not worth $3493 we paid for 7 nights. There are other places much nicer on the Esplanade for less.
• yan (9/5): Fully equipped but no luggage storage - The hotel is very close to the cruise ship terminal and the city. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are very large. You can see the riverbank scenery from the balcony. There are a variety of pots and tableware in the kitchen. 1. We will arrive at 6:40pm, and an additional 60 Australian dollars are required for check-in. 2. There is no luggage storage service in the hotel.

• Barbara (9/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Fantastic location - great amenities & inclusions (washing powder, toilet paper, tea,coffee etc) - good space within apartment - awesome communication 2 minor things - the fans need a good clean (very dusty) and the rugs/mats were a trip hazard as the corners/edges were not flat.

All in all everything was fine.

Two bathrooms and layout great for couples travelling together. Mats a hazard as curled up edges kept catching and a fall could happen. Particularly in bedroom.

• Peter (7/5): Great place to visit, would definately go back to Cairns - The property location was excellent. Close to bars, restaurants, bus terminal and reef terminal. We are a family of four and found we could not all be in the family room at once comfortably. I would suggest a larger couch in the family room. Also the shower was not ideal.

• Morris (10/5): Two sisters enjoying the warm, sunny climate in luxury. - I liked the cleanliness, security and view. The location was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well appointed. The mats on the floor were rough on bare feet. Two of the plants have mealy bugs (easily fixed with white oil). Couldn’t get the overhead fan in one of the rooms(king) to work.
