Η καθαριότητα που δεν υπήρχε, το στρώμα του διπλού κρεβατιού ήταν πολύ χρησιμοποιημένο με αποτέλεσμα να έχει χάσει το σχήμα του και ήταν άβολο, μύριζε κλεισούρα και υγρασία, είχε υγρασία στους τοίχους, ήταν πολύ σκοτεινό και αποπνικτικό.

Le propriétaire était vraiment gentil, il nous a bien guidés et aidés. Nous avons eu un problème de santé, mais grâce à cet appartement, nous avons pu profiter de Venise.Merci beaucoup. Juste 2/3 moustiques de venise ?

• Robles (8/5): Las 2º impresiones sorprenden !! - Excelente ubicación, muy céntrica y práctica para recorrer la ciudad. El alojamiento es amplio, cómodo y cuenta con varias habitaciones, ideal para grupos o familias. Las camas eran cómodas y estaban limpias. Los baños estaban bien equipados y en general todo funcionaba correctamente; solo en uno de ellos faltaba extractor, ya que no tenía ventanas y la humedad quedaba en la habitación contigua. Las toallas eran de excelente calidad y todo el alojamiento estaba bien equipado. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien, algo que se agradece especialmente en invierno en Venecia. El anfitrión fue atento y respondió rápidamente a todos nuestros requerimientos. En general, no tenemos aspectos negativos que señalar. Solo como sugerencia, sería ideal agregar un par de tazas adicionales, ya que había solo una disponible. También sería útil indicar claramente que el vaporetto más cercano es San Samuele, lo que facilita mucho la llegada y organización del traslado.

Muy buena la calefacción aunque es cierto que olía mucho a tabaco las colchas de cama. Pero en general muy bien. Que no había microondas ni tostador

• Kateryna (7/5): Зручне місце розташування, яке нівелює всі недоліки - Чудове розташування, чисто та доволі комфортно Неймовірно сиро та присутній запах плісняви, на кухні постійно текла вода по підлозі, не дуже укомплектована кухня - не вистачає чашок та ложок, тому попити ранком кави - ще той квест.

• Erica (8/5): Very nice, thank you. - Great location, comfortable place, host was very responsive and helpful. We could't find it for a while because the Google pin showed the wrong address. But the photos helped a lot and we found the right address after a few minutes.

• Mizzellone (2/5): Pessima igiene e host maleducato - Posizione centrale Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento si è presentato in condizioni igieniche imbarazzanti: polvere ovunque, puzza di muffa e un senso generale di trascuratezza che rendeva difficile sentirsi a proprio agio. Bagno e cucina comprese di stoviglie erano chiaramente non igienizzati prima del mio arrivo. Ciò che ha reso il soggiorno ancora peggiore, però, è stato l’atteggiamento dell'host. Quando ho provato a chiedere con garbo lo stato dell’appartamento, ho trovato una persona totalmente indisponibile, arrogante e profondamente maleducata invitandomi di lasciare la struttura, invece di cercare una soluzione, rispondendomi in modo sgarbato e arrogante, negando l'evidenza. È inaccettabile pagare per un servizio di pulizia inesistente e ricevere in cambio un trattamento del genere. La professionalità è zero. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un ambiente pulito e un minimo di rispetto per l'ospite."

• Kaitlin (9/5): Excellent stay with plenty of space! - Very spacious! And our host was so sweet with great communication! He met us on location and gave us the tour and made sure we were comfortable. It was a relief to have 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with showers! Kitchen and dining area was great and the washing machine came in handy, tho it was hard for anything to dry with the damp air of Venice! Great stay overall! Little dark inside

• Carlos Fernando (8/5): Muy buena - Era cerca y cómodo con las utilidades básicas para un viaje de fin de semana Buena interacción con el propietario y atento a cualquier duda y solicitud No estaba muy limpio debajo de las camas o rincones , muebles que necesitan un cambio o algunas cortinas , cubrecamas, mantas etcétera La calefacción estaba apagada ( es lógico) pero los radiadores los purgué para q funcionaran mejor y estuviéramos con la calefacción a gusto en 20 grados…. Por lo demás fue lo normal por el precio

• Joanna (9/5): Pobyt udany polecam - Lokalizacja super praktycznie w samym centrum przy placu świętego Marka. Mieszkanie bardzo duże, przestronne. Dwa osobne pokoje znajdujące się w sporej odległości od siebie co sprawiało dużo komfortu podróżując w dwie pary. Dwie osobne łazienki zdecydowanie na plus. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja która świetnie dawała radę. Właściciel przemiły człowiek Kontakt z nim super, bardzo szybko odpisywał i mimo opóźnionego lotu gdy dotarliśmy na miejsce prawie o północy sam skontaktował się z nami i interesował się czy już jesteśmy na miejscu. Pozwolił również zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu bo samolot był wieczorem. Ogólnie całość w stosunku do ceny idealna. Na baze noclegową dla większej ilości osób do zwiedzania Wenecji i okolic nadaje się świetnie. Polecam Mieszkanie trochę ciemne z racji lokalizacji budynek w zaułkach kamienic jak to w Wenecji więc dostęp światła dziennego słaby. ciężko wstać rano bo człowiek myśli że wciąż jest noc. W jednym pokoju nie można było otworzyć szeroko okna ponieważ blokowała szafa. Dwa osobne łóżka w jednym pokoju których niestety nie dało się złączyć bo miały różne wysokości. Poza tym nie mam się do czego przyczepić.

• Daniel (7/5): Good - Location was really good round the corner of some great places to eat Apartment was a decent size Had a clothes washer and good court yard to dry clothes if you bring your own line Main bed room had a good aircond if a bit noisy Google was totally wrong in locating the apartment we spent about an hour looking for the place in the maze of streets with to be honest about a dozen other people glued to their phone doing the same thing In the end the apartment was close to the water bus stop. No lounge The other bedroom aircond didn't really work but the kids didn't complain too much The apartment really needed airing out but it might be a Venice thing

• Jennie (7/5): Great place for a short visit if you plan to spend the large majority of the time sightseeing. - The location was great! Host was very responsive. No where to comfortably gather in the apartment. Had to go to our separate bedrooms to have a comfortable place to just relax.

• Sam (6/5): Pleasant - The place was well left located and clean. Helpful manager within an unhelpful framework. Reception would have been smoother if the manager had listed the full correct address at the outset. Instead we got it sent to us while we were wandering around looking for the place. There was also an experience there which could have been avoided. The latter issue and the lack of a full address will be repeated ad infinitum unless the managers take corrective action.
• Fulvia (7/5): very beautiful, clean calm stay with a very friendly owner - The apartment was nice and quiet, very roomy, great kitchen, dark rooms. it was a bit far from everything, minimal accessories.. no basics were left, like coffee, sugar, milk...

• Geoff (10/5): Quiet two bedroom ground floor apartment, great location for Venice sightseeing - This was a great place to stay for our family's first trip to Venice. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. The apartment is in a quiet area but very accessible to restaurants, sightseeing and canal stops. Communication with the host was excellent, both prior to our arrival and during our stay.

• Timofey (8/5): It absolutely worth it's cost - Awesome position in Venice. Thermostat, two separated rooms with bathrooms. For 4 people we had quite enough space. And we had in touch shop with Italian prosciutto!!!! It wasn't there a kettle. and not enough kitchen utilities (plates, cups, etc.) A little bit of old interior and furniture. And very old "grandmother's" blankets.
• Venkatesh (9/5): Worth the money - Huge apartment with almost everything to live, very near to some good food places and 300 meters to boat stations.. moreover host extended timeline of checkout without hesitation. Door and apartment seems little old. But still quite manageable and comfortable.

• Nandaja (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great. there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very spacious for 4 people. The bathroom and kitchen were not very clean. The house is quite basic, a bit old and rusty. There aren't any proper windows or anything, so feels a bit like you're in a hole. We had a bad experience with the maintainer of the house Claudio. I brought to his attention the bathroom wasn't clean when he kept saying "keep the house clean". Maybe my message was lost in translation, but he sent a long voice message saying I was not a nice person. Our experience was pretty ruined by this and regretted booking this house
