• Ines (9/5): Unser Aufendhalt war super schön. Wir waren, bis auf die wenigen Mängel sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und hatten ein - Uns hat in der Unterkunft die Lage sehr gefallen. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Längster Fußweg ca 37 min zum Kolosseum. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. Es gibt ein Supermarkt und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Metro nur einige Minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man benötigt. War ganz gut ausgestattet. Gute W-LAN Verbindung. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir allerdings nicht brauchten. Schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer der Wohnung. Nach Anfrage haben wir sofort neue Handtücher bekommen. Uns war nicht klar, dass bei 7 Tage Aufenthalt, die Handtücher nicht gewechselt werden und auch zwischendurch nicht gereinigt wurde. Ok, dass ist wohl nicht vorgesehen. Das kennen wir anders. Das Sofa war unbequem, weil die Sitzkissen runter rutschten. Ein Geschirrtuch wäre gut gewesen, weil wir auch das Geschirr benutzt haben. Das Wasser vom Bidet wurde extrem heiß. Sehr gefährlich. Am letzten Tag habe ich die Bettwäsche abgezogen. Ein Kopfkissen hatte große braune Flecken. Bitte bitte auswechseln. Das ist sehr unangenehm. Auch die Sofadecke war schmutzig.

El propietario responde ante tus dudas inmediatamente muy gentilmente Solo por decir algo el colchon estaba algo vencido ya. Nada grave pero es un punto que podria mejorar.

He gave me a great dinner recommendation and was very helpful. The location is amazing, just 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps. The room was comfortable, with amenities provided. It's listed as an "apartment," but it's really smaller than most hotel rooms. It just has a mini kitchen included. I think it would be pretty cramped for 2 people staying longer than a few days. But I was staying there alone for just 1 night, so it was totally fine. It was a bit pricy -- you're definitely paying for the location, not luxury. But I thought it was a perfectly nice place to stay.

• Georgia (10/5): .⁵ - The area is excellent. Very close on foot to attractions such as (piazza di spagna, fontana di trevi, piazza del popolo, villa borghese) or for shopping (via del corso e.t.c). It also has a metro stop within a 5 minute walk and many restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartment was small, but comfortably accommodates 2-4 people. In addition, it also has an elevator, very useful when you come back at night after a long walk. The host is professional and kind. the bathroom is small and there is not much space to put towels and some personal items.

The building has a lift, renovated to an excellent standard, super clean and with air conditioning. Marco was a super helpful host providing local recommendations on where to eat. The small touches of a bottle of water and beer in the fridge along with tea/coffee was fantastic.

• Lucy (8/5): Very good - The owner, Marco, just live upstairs. He is very friendly and helpful. The bed frame was broken the first night and he came to fix it within 5mins despite late at midnight. It is quite small. The electric hob doesn't work well that it cannot make water boiled. Hot water for bath is limited, not enough for both people to take baths consecutively.

Room had everything you could need, including a bidet built into the toilet and a double shower! TV also had streaming services so easy to watch something when we got back from the day Bed in room tipped back slightly every time we got on/off it which was a worry, plug sockets next to bed did not fit our EU travel adapters so we had to use the plug in the kitchenette as it faced out a different way

• Jihan (7/5): Decent for a short time stay. - Location -- clean - easy access. Shower. I don't like curtains. A plastic or glass door is better.
• Piotr (10/5): I definitely recommend this place. - Hotel located in a very center of Rome, every worth seeing building such as: Vatican, Panteon, Colosseum, Fontanna di Trevi are within easy reach. Moreover, the Italian Open courts can also be reached by foot. The owner is very kindly, we could even check in before time and leave the baggage for a whole day after check out. I definitely recommend this place.

Easy walking distance from Metro and many sights. Lift good. Thin wall to next apartment allowing some noise through. Lift a little narrow (21 inches), but OK for two people.

No closet space to hang your clothes except small inconvenient cramped boxes placed over the bedside night stand to act as closet space. Kitchen space not practical and confined. The pictures showed on the website are confusing and not actually revealing limited space.

High floor so there is more daylight coming into the apartment. Marco the host was very accommodating and arranged airport transfers for us. He also provided info on local area dining and shopping. Bring your own washcloth as only towels provided. Bathroom mirror has no light, so difficult to use to apply makeup. A luggage rack in the bedroom would’ve been appreciated.

Many interesting sites are near (less than 1 Km). You can easy walk to Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Mausoleo di Augusto, villa Borghese park, piazza Navona, Campo dei fiori, piazza Farnese etc. etc. Nothing.

• Anne (9/5): We had a fantastic time! - The apartment is on the third floor of a traditional building with access via stairs or a lift. It’s in a great location just two minutes walk to the Metro, Spanish Steps, Babbington’s and the Shelley Keats Museum; and about 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. It had everything we needed, plenty of space, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, lots of storage. The shower room is quite small but that’s not a great problem, the shower is powerful and great to use after a day of pounding the Toman streets 😄 The toilet is amazing!! Apparently it’s a Japanese design with a built-in bidet and dryer - highly recommended! Marco is very friendly and extremely helpful and responsive. I wish it were possible to share more photos of the apartment. I’d like there to have been a lamp in the sitting room, but that’s not a big deal!

The location was great - right in the heart of everything - and access to Netflix made good value for money. the shower temperature was temperamental and the hot water was intermittent.
