• CRISTINA (8/5): Ubicación a tocar del Vaticano, con metro delante y piso muy amplio - La ubicación, el trato de Marco y la amplitud del piso en general. El baño es muy grande pero falta algún mueble y colgador cerca de la ducha, la alfombra no es de ducha y la puerta no cierra del todo. Los trapos de cocina no estaban limpios.

• Melanie (8/5): L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéale, la communication avec notre hôte Marco est fluide. - - Accueil et communication avec Marco - Emplacement de l’appartement, à proximité du métro - Appartement sécurisé, spacieux et avec rangements - Tv connectée dans toutes les chambres - Climatisation (non testée mais présente) - Appartement situé dans une rue commerçante , passante , axe principal pour rejoindre le Vatican et la place saint Pierre mais pour autant , bruyant en journée (le peu que nous y sommes restés )mais fenêtre fermée le soir, le bruit est très correct et quasi nul Petits travaux à réaliser : - poignée porte d’entrée restée dans la main - Porte de chambre 3 ne ferme pas , serrure a revisser - Porte salle de bain ne ferme pas, manque d’intimité - Syphon de douche rempli de cheveux , odeur de canalisation importante , moisissure sur un mur - Tapis de porte en guise de tapis de bain , pas hygiénique - Papier dressing décollé À notre arrivée, vaisselle sale dans le placard. - Pas de micro ondes pour réchauffer - Manque de quoi faire un brin de ménage si besoin. Trouvé seulement une pelle mais pas de balai ou balayette. Appartement bruyant en intérieur : Porte du hall qui claque souvent ainsi qu aux étages , manque d’insonorisation , ascenseur à proximité de la première chambre .

• Szófia Netta (9/5): Practical - The apartment has three separated rooms, so for all of us there was a lot of space and also could be suitable for more people. It was really close to Metro Line A, therefore downtown and sights were easily acccessible. Everything was fine.

• beauceron31 (10/5): Un séjour parfait - L'appartement est conforme à la description et franchement il est très bien. Spacieux, fonctionnel et très bien situé pour visiter Rome. Le plus est le suivi réalisé par Marco que se soit à la réservation ou durant le séjour. C'est rassurant de savoir que l'on peut compter sur lui. Rien de spécial à reprocher. Toute la famille a apprécié le séjour.
• Lois (9/5): We had a very comfortable, happy stay at Vatican House 98. The location, the apartment, the host - all of it was perfect - The property was in an excellent location. It was big enough for four of us to stay in comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped. The flat was very clean. The host (Marco) was in touch with us regularly before we arrived and was there to meet us. He was very helpful and kind.

Es un apartamento muy completo, todo lo necesario. Está bien ubicado, a unos pasos del metro, muchos restaurantes y tiendas y cerca al vaticano. Recomendamos absolutamente este lugar.

• Jasper Slits (10/5): A very nice spacious apartment at a great location, supported by a helpful host - Having 3 bedrooms with proper beds was a big plus for the family. The location is great with everything you need close by: restaurants, supermarket, shops, bus, metro, St. Peter square. Marco is a great host and checked in frequently via whatsapp. The apartment has high ceilings which gives a spacious feeling . The airco’s worked well during the hot days in August. Some miscommunication on making the third bed upon arrival which couldn’t be resolved the same day. We experienced noise from the upstairs neighbors until late, which is probably difficult to prevent with apartments rented out.

Big and specious, located near the Vatican and close to many restaurants and shops, and 50 meters from the Metro. The beds where really comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped, and although we were on a busy street, the soundproofing was great. Marco was a great host, always available in short notice and helping with tips and real care to make our stay unforgettable. Really small things, like the water pressure in the shower not being very good, but that's a problem shared in all of Rome.

We like to prepare our own breakfast in the morning. Property had enough pots, pans plates, flatware. It would be nice to have had simple seasonings (salt, pepper, etc) and oil.

The building has both stairs and an elevator, making the apartment easily accessible for everyone. It’s well-equipped, and our stay was very enjoyable. The neighborhood also feels very safe. Marco, the host, was also great, he’s very responsive and helped with everything we needed. We would definitely come again! It fulfilled my expectations so there's nothing special to dislike.
• Carlotta (10/5): Great place at a great price - The apartment was very nice, had three bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom with great water pressure (so rare in Rome’s old buildings!), and a nice kitchenette with enough dishes and cookware to get by (since you want to eat out in Rome anyway!). Marco, the host, is very helpful and responsive! There was nothing to not like about the apartment. Unfortunately, there was construction on the street outside, but that’s not something the host can control. However, right now, earplugs are a necessity.

• Wallee (10/5): This accommodation was excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone. 10/10 - Marco, our host, was excellent. He met us there to give us the keys and walked us through the property showing us how to use everything and all the facilities that were available. The property was very close to the Vatican and the metro. It was in the perfect location. If you like walking you can walk to all of the attractions, else you can use the metro which is a 2 minute walk away. There was nothing I didn't like about the property and the location.
• Yt (10/5): Great location, accommodation and host! - The apartment is as in the photos which was already a great sign when we arrived. It is spacious, air conditioned and comfortable. There are works on the street in front, however the sound proofing is good and we could hear it only faintly. Marco has been a great host from the moment we booked to during our day. He has been helpful when we had questions and needed recommendations. And the location is excellent with the proximity to the Vatican city as well as the metro station which is 2 mins walk away. Nothing to not like. One recommendation though that we shared with Marco is for an iron in the apartment which would be really useful.

• Yangcheng (10/5): Excellent experience. Definitely recommend it. - The house has an excellent location—only 2 minutes' walk from the Ottaviano metro station. It is 8 minutes' walk from Vatican. There is a good pizza shop only 1 minute's walk from it, and there is a Jolibee fried chicken restaurant 2 minutes' from it. The host provided free luggage deposit both before check-in and after check-out, which is very nice. There are three bedrooms, all spacious and clean. The bathroom is also spacious. There is a balcony for smoking. The house is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. Everything is excellent. If I have to say something, the shower enclosure is a bit small.

Location is excellent...2 mins from Ottaviano metro station, and from there a 15 minutes journey to the heart of Rome. We selected it for its proximity to the Vatican, just a 15 minute walk to St Peters and a 5 minute walk to the Vatican Museum / Sistine Chapel. Kitchen facilities OK but for a short stay perfectly adequate.
