She tries to support us in every way and under any circumstances, always showing concern for our well-being and comfort. Her effort has been amazing. I haven’t met her in person, but the support she provides is truly great. There are several cabinets in the apartment, but we cannot store our items in them because they are locked. This makes the apartment feel a bit smaller, and there isn’t enough space to keep and open your luggage if you have more than one suitcase. In general, it’s fine, but the apartment is old.

The neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and other amenities nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to the airport. As for the host—words can hardly do her justice! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care in making everything perfect truly stood out. We’ve already decided that on our next visit to São Paulo, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

• Mhd (10/5): Fabulous and it will always be my home in São Paulo - The apartment is the most complete apartment I have ever been during my stays around the world. The administrator Silvia has offered me 2 apartments to choose which it was a plus of service. Both has same structure of appliances, Alexa, bedding clothe quality. You can find everything you need, if not, they will do the best to make it available. A part of that, everything is very clean, with daily house keeping, very professional staff at reception, and private driver at car park. As foreign guest, I found the area of Moema very safe, next to all I needed, and I can risk to say I found my home in São Paulo and Brazil. It is important to say the apartment is larger than the other option around, which turned it a better option. I emphasize the high level of professional service delivered by the administrator Silvia. Safe neighborhood area, apartment is larger than other apartments around, appliances, cookware, coffee make me and coffee available as a compliment. Cleaness

• Louis (10/5): Spacious, beautifully decorated, nice view! - I cannot express how amazing my stay was! The host, Silvia, was absolutely fantastic. We had to adjust our dates several times, and she was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process, making everything seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself was beyond our expectations — spacious, beautifully decorated, nice view, with just a few examples the tv with cable, air conditioning, air fry, coffee machine, plates, cups, wonderful towels, bathtub and sooo much more. All the comforts we could ever have asked for and way beyond. But what truly set this stay apart was Silvia herself. She was always available, almost like having a personal butler! Her attention to detail and willingness to help with anything made this the best stay that we have ever had. I highly recommend this property and cannot wait to come back!
