Neville (8/5): Excellent - Great unit for our purposes, great location, just a tad difficult traffic wise to get in and out but all good.
Finbarr (3/5): Would not stay here again as was very poor value for money - Location was good blinds missing not working in living area WIFI coverage poor throughout the apartment kitchen cabinetry missing/ some lights not working washing machine worked intermittently
Frances (10/5): Exceptional - We liked this property for it’s practicality, plenty of beds and options for sleeping arrangements, it’s very suitable for bigger families, fully equipped and self contained accommodation. The location and view of the Storybridge was amazing and having the allocated free parking during our entire stay, it was close to transportation and within walking distance to Queen Street Mall and Southbank or to catch the ferries and having the convenience store at the bottom of the building was convenient for small items and key collection and drop off. Communication with our hosts was very good and they were super friendly and helpful and easy to get in contact with.

Another set of keys and a higher parking bay but nothing really to complain about

The hosts were brilliant with communicating whenever I had a question about the property! For a place that can sleep two extra people in the living room it would have been great if the electronic blinds worked to block out the early morning sun. Unsure how to use the oven properly - took an extremely long time to heat up.
