• Анастасия (10/5): - Nonostante nel riepilogo della prenotazione su Booking.com fosse indicata una tassa di soggiorno pari a 12,60 € oppure 14 € (con 200 € già pagati in precedenza), al momento del check-in ci sono stati richiesti 19 €. La necessità di questo pagamento aggiuntivo e la discrepanza negli importi non sono state spiegate in modo chiaro. Alla mia domanda alla persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, riguardo alla differenza tra quanto indicato su Booking.com e quanto richiesto in loco, non ho ricevuto una risposta esaustiva. Vorrei inoltre segnalare alcune preoccupazioni relative alla sicurezza. È la prima volta, da novembre, che dopo aver effettuato una prenotazione presso questa struttura ho iniziato a ricevere messaggi da cosiddetti “scam center”, i quali disponevano già del mio nome e delle date di soggiorno. Considerando che ho altre prenotazioni attive presso diverse strutture, questa situazione solleva seri dubbi sull’affidabilità del sistema. È particolarmente preoccupante anche il fatto che durante la procedura di check-in online venga richiesto di caricare documenti personali, senza che sia chiaro in che modo questi dati vengano protetti e se possano essere utilizzati da terze parti.
• Joachim (10/5): praktisch für Sucher der Internationalen Bushaltestelle. - Wohnung und Sicherheit perfekt. Baustellenchaos ca. 500 m weiter. Der Weg zur Metrohaltestelle Lotto nicht unmöglich (außer man will die 1,5 km lange Autostrecke mit Koffern bewältigen. Also: links raus (obwohl das Navy Sackgasse meldet) - nach ca 100m eine fast unsichtbare Gasse für Fußgänger freigehalten zur Parallelstraße. Dann noch ca. 500 m. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst... Jetzt sind wir um Armeslängen stärker.

• Augusto (7/5): - The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The location was also good — about a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The host was very supportive when handing over the keys and responded to our questions very quickly. After booking through Booking.com, they sent another link that required completing the entire check-in process on their own platform, which was quite tiring and unnecessary. (Asking for passport / address) The location was a bit tricky to find and didn’t exactly match what was shown on the platform. The shower drain cover was loose and very dirty underneath. The shower was a bit clogged, causing the water to spray in several directions. Also, the sofa cushions were quite dirty as well.
• Carol (7/5): Good - The place is nice, confortable bed, the shower was broken, only the smaller shower was working. It is far away from important areas, you can only check-in beetween 3 to 8pm. If you arrive later than 8pm, you have to pay 20 euros or more… The person that talks to you isnt very simpathetic…

• Maral (7/5): Good - Clean, wide, modern, and very bright apartment.It has everything you need:kitchen facilities, washing machine and also dish washing machine too.During our Italy trip from all the apartments, we stay this one's interior we liked the most.We really enjoyed staying here. The location is good, there is bus stop just in front of the building which goes to Milan Central station, also Lotto metro station nearby. Also there is Essenluga supermarket just near the metro station. San Siro stadium and Casa Milan is in walking distance if you are AC Milan fan😉 1. The address shown on the booking site is wrong. So when you get to the via Algardi 6, there is no apartment there. You get the right address only by the link that they send you after payment. Worst of all, they are not warning you that the address is different, and on the link, it's shown on the bottom of the page. Even the host didn't send us the right address when we wrote to her that we arrived and the address was wrong and asked us to wait for her.We had to find it ourselves. REAL ADDRESS IS VIALE RENATO SERRA 6 2. Bad check in process- Check-in is online, and after you complete it, they send you a link with which you are supposed to open the main building and apartment doors.But it didn't worked, so we had to wait for the host to come for 1.5-2 hours.Even when the host did come, the link didn't open apartment door, so she told us the code to use in such cases. 3. Coffeemachine doesn't work, and the shower needs fixing or renewal because it's leaking. 4. As I mentioned above, the real address is different, and real apartment is located on the side of the highway, so it's a bit noisy because of passing by vehicles. Also, for the same reason, it becomes very dusty at the apartment. As one who never wear shoes inside the house, I had to clean the floors several times during our 5 days stay:)

• Anna (4/5): Disappointing - Cute apartment. Unfortunately very very bad check in. The girl let us wait 2h I front of the door without any excuse and didn’t even understand why we were angry. I wrote to the owner but I never got a reply. Very disappointed about this experience. Would not recommend to book here.
• Merel (7/5): Nice comfortable appartment - Nice space, comfortable. The coffeemachine did not work properly. And the appartment was hard to find because the address was different than on the Booking website
