- terui (7/5): 全体的には悪くはないけど、同じ金額出すなら普通のホテルでも？っと正直なところ思いました。 - 建物自体は古さを感じましたが、中はリフォーム、リノベーションされていて結構キレイでした。 掃除もこまめにされているみたいで、シャワー室とかトイレもキレイで良かったと思います。 それぞれの部屋に冷蔵庫がなく共用の冷蔵庫しか無いのは不便さを感じました。 スマートTVが付いていたので、TV番組とかニュース番組を見たい人にとっては少し不便さを感じるかもしれません。 あとは、常駐してくれている担当者が日本人ではなく、韓国の方？だと思うので、日本語が通じたり通じなかったりするところも少し不便かな？っと自分は思いました。
- Mel (9/5): Amazing location and price point for a budget solo traveler! - As a budget solo traveler who stayed there for a few weeks, I absolutely loved the cleanliness and the location of Kankokukan. Its location is the perfect blend of residential and business. And if I ever needed access to more restaurants or businesses, it was just a 9-minute walk to everything by Ikebukuro Station. As for the cleanliness, I was impressed with how the staff made sure the facilities were cleaned every day. Everyone is different, but I found the pillows to be on the flatter side, which started to cause me some neck issues. Asking for an extra pillow helped a little bit. The stools are fine for casual use, but if you are working remotely from the hotel, they can get pretty uncomfortable. The staff kindly let me borrow a chair from the 4th floor patio for my stay, which helped a lot. The WiFi, I would say is 85% reliable for remote work.
