• Ainura (9/5): Superb - We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful holiday apartment in Florence! The location was absolutely perfect – just a short walk to all the main attractions like the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few home-cooked meals. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the welcome bottle of wine and local recommendations. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond. It really felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Florence and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay!

The host has a great taste for good design and aesthetics that is reflected very well in the apartment Apartment host is very helpful and knowledgeable about Florence. This is one of the few apartments where we would like to go back and stay again.. It was a beautiful stay..!! Literally no cons..!!
• Shanie (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were amazing with videos on how to get the lock box, operate AC, etc. The hosts also sent messages with info on restaurants, taxis, etc. The apartment was beautiful... our favorite on a 3 week vacation (so clean, modern, and quiet). The location is great with walking distance to non-touristy restaurants, a little grocery store, etc while still in walking distance of the tourist-y places. Nothing... it was really great!

Easy walk to the centre of town. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. Supermarket close by. Comfortable beds and pillows. Laundry facilities on site much appreciated. Small fee of €2.50 each. Having one lounge for 4 people meant there was not enough room for all. But a minor issue

• Wendy (10/5): The best of the best. Quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient. It felt like home. - This is one of the best apartments in which we've stayed in decades of travel. It has everything for either short or long stays - full kitchen, comfortable beds, fashionable decor, washer and dryer in the building, an excellent manager, and many great restaurants, pastry shops and grocery stores nearby. While Oltrarno may look far from the sights, it's actually only 10 - 15 minutes away. However, unlike places closer, it's wonderfully peaceful. We've stayed in other places in Firenze. None come close to this one in quality. We'll be back. Nothing.

• Dale (10/5): Wonderful Florence apt for 2 couples - The apartment was extremely clean, well appointed and was in a great location. Additionally, the host Gabriele and Matilde were incredibly helpful and attentive. Provided great videos on how to access the apt and operation of features once inside. Parking availability ( with a fee) was a huge plus. Walking distance to all the main attractions was important, as we did not want to drive a car in the historic part of Florence. Tons of restaurants/bars /bakeries very close by, as well as great gelato places. The only thing that was a surprise was that the washer and dryer are outside the apt, shared by others on the floor and coin operated. Not the most convenient, but not a deal breaker. The host supplied laundry detergent!

Everything was flawless - the cleanliness surpassed our expectations, and the amenities were on par with a 7-star hotel. Gabriele, our host, went above and beyond to assist us, from guiding us through parking regulations to providing invaluable recommendations for exploring the city. We highly recommend this place.
