• Mr Alam (10/5): - Great location big spacious apartment well equipped and clean Parking is a little tricky but great transport links My only dislike really was the towels provided were not amazing I personally have to use good quality towels that don't look used and battered this is something worth spending a little money on it will make a big difference

• Loren (6/5): Cheap and cheerful and great apartment but very very loud at night! - This place was ideal for our weekend in London as we were busy and had plans to be out late both Friday and Saturday. The price was an absolute steal for two nights as long as you are prepared for the noise. Really excellent location in London and an a breeze to get around from and a cool area. The room was lovely and spacious and the kitchen area was great to have. The shower and bathroom were good too. Listen I read that this place was located above a night club but I wasn't phased because 1. I had plans to go out myself both Fri & Sat and 2. I did not realise there were clubs in London that stay open til 6AM! 😭 Despite being on the third floor the entire room is filled with bass and the sound of people talking until the club ends unfortunately. The smell of smoke really fills the room as the smoking area is right under the window. They provide earplugs but it's really the vibration of the music that is jarring. We didn't love that the checkout is 10am due to the cleaning coming in very early, it would be ideal if they at least stretched to 11 considering you are unlikely to get much sleep with the noise. I feel the place could be a little cleaner too. Plates in the cupboard were dirty when I went to use them and there was some dust on surfaces and bits of rubbish on the ground which made me a bit paranoid about how thoroughly anything had been cleaned before we arrived. I probably wouldn't come back due to the noise but it's definitely good value for money and cheap and cheerful - especially if you're planning on being out and about a lot! Wouldn't recommend if you have places to be in the morning and value your sleep.
• Mercedes (10/5): High recommended spot in London - Wonderful experience with this studio. The owner was kind, available and respectful. The booking process was smooth, the studio was beautiful and classical, everything was prepared perfectly. Clean, comfortable, close to everything, bus stop right next corner and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely book this place again. Everything was great. Others wrote about loudness outside, we did not experience such a thing.

• Natalie (3/5): I would not book unless you want to have your own club session in your private flat! - It was convenient as near the overground stations. The flat was very tidy and nice little touch being given towels and bedding. When I first initially booked the accommodation, I was sent an initial message from the owner advising that the flat was above a club but it was according to him empty. This became very evident that it was NOT closed! Loud bass music, loud people until the early hours of the money…. Were we able to sleep, OF COURSE NOT!! It started off so well but ended so very badly! I would not book unless you want to have your own club session in your private flat!

• cristina (1/5): Imposible dormir por ruido! - ¡IMPOSIBLE DORMIR! Está justo encima de una discoteca que abre de 20 a 6 de la mañana, tiembla el suelo y los muebles. No se puede soportar el ruido ni con tapones. El portal muy sucio y con borrachos en las inmediaciones. Mientras la discoteca esté abierta el piso pierde mucho valor, sino se podría considerar “decente”.

• Olivia (7/5): - Lovely flat. I stayed on a Saturday night. It's above a nightclub and the music didn't stop till around 4. I asked if I could have a later check out as I got hardly any sleep. Unfortunately this couldn't happen. Not sure if the club is active during the week.

• Ειρηνη (1/5): Η πρώτη κακή κριτική της ζωής μου! - Καθαρό Κ άνετο. Το κρεβάτι ετριζαν οι σούστες υπερβολικά αλλά δεν είχαμε ιδιαίτερες απαιτήσεις γιατί ήταν σχετικά πολύ οικονομικό! Είχαμε δει σχόλιο προηγούμενου για την φασαρία αλλά ως κλασικοί ελληναρες που έχουμε μάθει στην φασαρία Κ στα μπουζούκια θεωρούσαμε πως το έχει γράψει κάποιος μηγιαγγιχτος- υπερβολικός. Φαντάσου λοιπόν ένα διαμέρισμα παλιό, ξύλινο, με έπιπλα που τρίζουν Κ από μόνα τους πάνω από ένα subwoofer με τέρμα τα decibel σε μονότονο bit μέχρι τις 6 το πρωί. Φανταστείτε ότι πεταχτηκαμε στον ύπνο μας επειδή νομίζαμε ότι γίνεται σεισμός. Στην κουζίνα μας είχαν Κ ωτοασπιδες. Καλό; Πότε στην ζωή μου δεν έχω γράψει ξανα αρνητική κρητική για καμία επιχείρηση ή διαμέρισμα. Κ έχω ταξιδέψει σε αρκετές χώρες! Κατά τα άλλα οκ Ευρύχωρο Κ καθαρό αλλά αν θες να κοιμηθείς Σάββατο βράδυ εκεί Ειλικρινά ατυχησες!

• Alexander (2/5): Avoid!! Floor vibrating from the music downstairs until 6am - Unbelievable how loud it is here. Club downstairs playing very loud music until 6am!!! You can literally feel the music through the floor. It's insane. The bed is also flimsy and the place smells of cigarettes.

Easy check in and good contact from host No washing machine which we knew about but only there for a few days so no real.hardship!

• Stephen (8/5): Good value accomodation near transport links - Very clean and comfortable, if basic, room which suited this retired couple fine for a couple of nights. Dalston is a happening area; it reminded us of the ruin cafes in Budapest. Although only a few terrestrial channels were on the TV, live TV can be viewed via the specific Apps - BBCiPlayer, ITVX, 4 & 5. No Drum&Bass downstairs on a Monday or Tuesday night! Entrance hall and staircase needs a darn good clean up. Could also do with a blind on the kitchen window and double glazing would be a great improvement, especially to reduce street noise.

I was concerned about the fact the apartment is above a nightclub however I didn’t hear the noise and slept incredibly well. Thank you James for all your help and advice.

• Alexandra (3/5): Poor - The apartment was modern and self-sufficient. The bedding had hairs on it, the floor and surfaces were dusty and the drum and base music from the nightclub downstairs went on until 6am and vibrated through the whole apartment. Ear plugs did not help.

Helpful information in the main room , responses to messages was excellent and easy check in It is on a busy road but that’s why it’s so good a location and remember you are in London !

• Pavel (2/5): The worst experience I've ever had - This was the worst experience through booking.com that I've ever had. First thing - there was a horrible smell throughout the whole apartment, coming from the bathroom. It smelled like something died there. I closed all the doors and opened the windows (to a noisy street) and it helped some but it was still terrible. Secondly - the apartment is located right above a music club. LOUD music went on through the whole night. Vibrations could be felt in the bed construction. It's impossible to have good sleep there. I had to book another place after one night. Unfortunately the owner/manager wasn't willing to do anything about this stuff. He stopped responding when I told him this is totally unacceptable and that I want my money back.

The host was very quick to respond with any questions and access was easy. The property is on quite a busy road and ear plugs are provided in case you’re a light sleeper. Would be happy to return.
• Cian (6/5): Steer clear if you're looking for an early night - Clean, cheap and good location for bars and restaurants Nightclub playing loud techno until 6am. Tables and furniture were moving across the floor due to the bass being so loud, could not sleep
• Adèle (8/5): Very good - the flat is clean and cozy, lots of light, the loc is perfect light sleepers get some ear plugs, the street is noisy day and night and the window isn't soundproof at all, also the water was really hot in the shower and the temperature couldn't be changed, but it was maybe just broken when I came.

• Terrence (9/5): Wonderful time in Dalston! - The space. It’s very modern and comfortable. The location was not the best for the things I wanted to do but on a positive note, it’s in a very diverse and trendy neighbourhood with a rich history.
