Tutte le finestre affacciano sulla strada, che è pedonale, ma a partire dalla mattina presto - 5,30-6 - cominciano le attività di carico-scarico merci, pulizia strade. Noi siamo stati particolarmente sfortunati da questo punto di vista perché nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato hanno iniziato i lavori in un negozio proprio sotto l'appartamento, a partire dalle 6 di mattina! E nonostante i regolamenti lo vietino.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze tam wrócimy - Trudno sobie wyobrazić lepszą lokalizację, 2 minuty spacerem od Schodów Hiszpańskich. Wszystkie najważniejsze zabytki w Rzymie były w zasięgu spaceru. Byliśmy w Rzymie kilka dni a z komunikacji miejskiej skorzystaliśmy tylko w dniu przyjazdu (z lotniska) i w dniu wyjazdu (na lotnisko). Gospodarz Salvatore bardzo sympatyczny i miły. Apartament duży i klimatyczny. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze tam wrócimy Wszystko było OK

Andrebbero rivisti alcuni dettagli dell’arredo e sistemati gli impianti e - Posizione e pulizia L’illuminazione e il fatto che rispetto alle foto sono stati tolti molti complementi d’arredo che ben si addicevano al tipo di immobile e una volta rimossi lo hanno un po snaturato. Va bene anche averli tolti ma allora aggiornate le foto.

• Marie (9/5): Appartement spacieux et idéalement placé pour découvrir et profiter de Rome - La gentillesse et la confiance de la personne qui nous a remis les clefs, l’emplacement en plein cœur de Rome. Nous avons pu accéder à pied à tous les sites touristiques. Il y a par ailleurs une offre importante de restaurants et de bars dans le quartier et une excellente boulangerie presque en face . Et pour les amateurs de shopping, toutes les boutiques dont vous pouvez rêver sont à proximité. Le chauffage en panne dans la salle à manger, cependant nous n’avons pas utilisé cette pièce

Si raggiungono comodamente a piedi anche Fontana di Trevi, il Pantheon, Piazza Navona e persino il Colosseo. Beds really comfy & shower is really good. They also provided 4 large bottles of water in fridge which was appreciated. The layout is strange. Straight into a room with a dining table then onto bedroom ( sofa bed ) then through to next bedroom, then hall with a fridge then small kitchen & bathroom. It was quite noisy at night / early morning which we expected due to location. The lift is absolutely tiny, probably smallest I’ve ever been in. We chose to use the stairs after 2 uses.

Also luxury stores and restaurants are next door. Alberto is super helpful and nice. Shower doesn’t drain well. Water pressure is good but water draining is very slow!

• Tejas (10/5): Amazing location and apartment, great stay! - When we arrived Alberto welcomed us and showed us the apartment, using the heating and WiFi etc. We asked for a USB plug as realised we had a different fit and he came back with 2 cases of water along with coffee and a USB plug within 5 minutes. The apartment was spotlessly clean, perfect for my wife and 2 young kids, after a busy day we came and enjoyed our pre chilled champagne we left in the fridge, whilst going through our shopping treats from Rome (my birthday treat lol) and the kids enjoyed Netflix in the other room before passing out ready for another day of adventures in this beautiful city. Being literally a stones throw away from the Spanish Steps, shops like Dior, Cartier and Bvlgari nestled between the other shops and restaurants alike. Also very Importantly, we asked for a recommendation for good pizza, not normal pizza for tourists and he recommended a place, which was literally a 2 minute walk from the apartment, filled with locals day and night, this place by far has the best pizza in Italy we have had, ever! (We travel to Italy every year since past 10 years!) It's called Sorbillo Rome. I would highly recommend 👌 Great place to stay, I'm sure we will be back next year. Thanks Alberto. Nothing.

• Newbery (10/5): Excellent Venue - even better host!! 10/10 - The central location puts you in the heart of both the shopping area with its high-end boutiques and Luxury brand shops, and gives easy access to an array of excellent bars and restaurants, particularly Toto’s just next door. Together with this, it’s within easy walking distance of the main attractions such as the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum etc. The rooms are very comfortable with a unique style and lovely exposed brickwork to the high ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer etc and everything is very clean and well maintained. Above all, Alberto is an excellent host, taking the time to show us in detail around the apartment and dispensing valuable advice for visiting the attractions and areas of Rome. He was also on hand during our stay if we needed assistance - can’t recommend this apartment enough! We can’t go back sooner!

The area has many great restaurants and bars, breakfast places and shopping opportunities. Main attractions are also within walking distance or a few stops by metro. The place has ample of space for two people or a couple with small kids. Kitchen and bath are small but have everything you need. The host Alberto is awesome and has many suggestion for your stay. The elevator is a big plus as well since the apartment is on the third floor. I bit loud at night if you leave the windows open.

It was spotlessly clean and comfortable - bed was great, and facilities were very good. Alberto was an amazing host and so helpful. Electric sockets weren’t amazing as they didn’t all work, especially for charging devices with 3 of us. Second ‘bedroom’ / living area was a bit of a corridor so although it was adequate for us the layout was a little awkward and the bathroom was small but perfectly formed!
• Areen (10/5): Adorable and welcoming environment - The location is great, the apartment and its furniture and decor pieces are just adorable, but the cherry in on top of that cake was the Host Alberto, who very warmly welcomed us and gave us all (to the smallest) details that we needed to know including a map of key attractions around Rome and the best ways to reach there !! The only thing that was a bit annoying is the noisy street if your windows are open, but that’s not exactly in the hands of the host since it comes with the location.

Alberto was so kind and welcoming, showing me around the apartment and telling me about the various sites to visit. The apartment was clean, spacious and you could see some of the Spanish steps out the window. Such a convenient located place, in beautiful surrounds, close to restaurants and shops. I'd highly recommend this accommodation, I'll certainly stay here again.

• Graeme (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a well appointed apartment located very close to the Spanish steps and the Metro at Sp - We received a warm welcome from Albert as he explained everything we needed to know about the property and gave us some useful information regarding maps of Rome. The property was immaculate and had lots of fresh towels even bottles of water in the fridge which were very welcome on a hot day. The sofa bed was made up on arrival for our son which was in the lounge area. We appreciated this being set up for our arrival. There is a dining area as you enter the property which we then used as a sitting area to leave the lounge as our son’s bedroom space. The master bedroom is spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well as our weather was very hot. The property is quiet and located in a calm street. There is a lovely restaurant opposite handy to sit out and have a coffee. There is a small lift to take you up to the third floor where the apartment is located. There is an abundant amount of storage in a hallway leading to the kitchen for the occupant of the sofa bed. A wardrobe in Master also. Kitchen well appointed with modern appliances and utensils all immaculate. We did not cook indoors but appreciated the coffee machine and tea supplies being there if required. Recycling bins a bonus. Shower works very well. The dimensions of the toilet /shower room were very compact, however, we do appreciate that this is a historical building and space would be limited for bathroom facilities.

The location is priceless and walking distance to almost all major attractions. The bathroom is extremely small and there’s hardly any space. It was 4 of us, this was the big struggle. The air conditioner is very loud and impossible to sleep with it on. We kept windows open so it was fine. Also, the apartment complex was a bit noisy at night from other tourists.

Piazza do Spagna is on the corner, a lot of delicious restaurants and bars, cool atmosphere of historic palace in inner yard! I am thankful for Albert for his hospitality, in the apartment everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Kitchen and bathroom are bright new. I highly recommend this apartment for people who really want to enjoy their staying and feel atmosphere of Rome!

Beautiful historic place with nice decoration, bright with high ceiling. Comfortably furnished. tiny kitchen and bathroom but well equipped and spotless clean (everything was new for our stay) Few little pieces of equipment were missing (hairdryer, toaster) but the landlord said he will bring ut over asap.
