• Fiona (8/5): - Big spacious flat with lots of room. V clean. Outside space. Good communication from the landlord. Erfan offered us another flat in the building but we were happy where we were. Upstairs neighbours were very noisy on one night. It's an Airbnb too I think.

• Anton (9/5): - Расположение у апартаментов очень крутое. Находятся рядом с площадью Таксим и главной торговой улицей Истикляль ( около 10 минут пешком). Сами мы жили на тихой улочке, где не было толп туристов, а только местные. И рядом есть много небольших заведений. Недорого и очень вкусно. Хозяин был очень отзывчивым и если что-то было нужно, он нам помогал.
• faycal (10/5): great host great aprtement - the host was a great listener ,present , and available and very kind the apartment was big and comfortable with two bathrooms with towels and shower gel great stay its more a remark than dislike cleaning staff should look under the bed as well for dust but u doesnt take out the cleanness if the aprtement

The apartment itself was clean, beautiful, and perfectly located near Taksim, making it super easy to catch a tram or metro. For those who enjoy long walks, you can even explore the other side of Istanbul on foot with no trouble, the path is straightforward and enjoyable. Shops were everywhere nearby, stocked with everything you could need, and the neighborhood felt quiet, safe, and welcoming. My time here with my mom was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making our holiday so special! Highly recommend! 🌟
• Afsaneh (8/5): Very good - A good roperty near Taksim Square. Almost 10 minutes away from the Taksim square. You can get buses near the main street and go where you want. From Taksim, you can easily reach Istiklal Street where you can shop. This is one of the most important places in istanbul. Erfan, the owner, was very helpful and helped us a lot with everything we needed. He provided us with an extra bed and a water cooler, etc. You can cook and you have a washing machine etc. Plus, we have got vacuum cleaners to clean the house. One room was a little warm cause cooler could not reach there, but we got a water AC for that and was ok. The property definitely needs some renovation. The toilet door needs to be repaired. Property needs another normal AC in the second bedroom. but in general, it was not a big deal for us. And we could enjoy our stay.
• Sara (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and identical to the photos We enjoyed our stay there The apartment was close to Taksim Mr. Erfan was so nice and he asked us to tell him in case we needed anything.

• Andrew (7/5): Good - Location is pretty central, clean while needing work in places (Which the host is working on). Very kind and generous hosts too, recut another set of keys for my friend very promptly. My main issue is while it's pretty central the building itself was a lil hard to find. Otherwise there's no real glaring issues that aren't already being sorted by the hosts themselves.
