• Stephan (8/5): Très bon séjour. Logement petit mais très propre et agréable. - Emplacement agréable et calme. Très propre et bien équipé avec une jolie vue. La salle de bain est petite.
• Tatiana (10/5): - Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekne, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali, super terasa aj pekný výhľad, deti videli z okna behať po stromoch veveričky, v diaľke bolo vidieť aj London Eye. Mohli sme si tam navariť, oprať, boli tam tablety do práčky, umývačky, hriankovač a podobne. Cítili sme sa tam naozaj pohodlne a ako doma. Trochu menšie ako na fotkách, jedna rozkladacia pohovka bola naozaj tvrdá, ale s tým sme rátali na základe predchádzajúcich recenzií.
• Chisato (8/5): 住むように泊まる - Hamemrsmithの駅に乳児連れで徒歩圏内(25-20分) 他にもtubeのGoldhawk Roadやバス停がありました。そして、少し頑張って歩けば、Westfield London(大きなショッピングモール)もあり、スーパーも近くにありとても便利でした。 部屋は、必要なものが全てろってあり、部屋から眺めも良かったです。 到着した日はバスルームの床暖房やバーが暖かったですが、翌日からは冷たかったです。
• SAORI (9/5): ハマースミス拠点にロンドンを満喫 - ロンドン観光で5泊の予定だったのでキッチン、洗濯機付きの場所のこちらを選びました。充実した設備、窓が大きくテラスまであって快適に滞在できました。階段が細く、3階（イギリス2階）まで上がって部屋に入ってもまた階段があるので、大きなスーツケースで旅する場合はちょっと大変だと思います。セルフチェックイン、チェックアウトも迷うことなくスムーズでした。公共交通機関については、ヒースロー空港からハマースミスで降りるだけなので便利。Goldhawk駅も使えて、パディントン駅から郊外へ出る電車へもアクセスしやすかったです。スーパーも駅前にたくさんあります。 特になし
• Kingsley (9/5): - Very clean and comfortable apartment for the price. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and its proximity to station was very handy. The TV in the main area rather than bed room.

• Charles (8/5): Séjour d'une famille française - L'équipement complet (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, sèche linge...). Proche de transport et de magasin alimentaire Nous trouvons dommage que le propriétaire n'accepte pas qu'il y ait du tri sélectif, du coup beaucoup de déchets non triés ont été jetés. La taille du logement qui est plus adapté pour 4 personnes, à 5 c'était un peu juste (il n'y avait que 4 chaises, nombre de couverts pas assez suffisant...)

• Ruedi (8/5): Nettes, unkompliziertes Zuhause für einen Aufenthalt in London. - Sehr helle Wohnung, schöner Tisch am Fenster mit Aussicht. Die Wohnung war top sauber und roch gut. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um mit Bus oder U-Bahn die Stadt zu erkunden. Abwaschmaschine war schwierig zu gebrauchen, weil beim Öffnen immer die Sockelleiste herunter fiel. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich sehr klein, jedoch praktisch mit der Ablage unter dem Fenster.

• Magali Pibouleau (10/5): - L'appartement est vraiment fantastique avec son agréable terrasse et sa magnifique vue sur les toits. Il est très bien équipé. Il est assez proche des métros et des commerces. Et surtout, ce qui est vraiment appréciable, c'est qu'il est très calme. Le manque de confort d'un des canapés qui était vraiment horrible et douloureux du fait qu'il n'avait pas de réel matelas. Vous dormez donc sur le sommier à lattes.
• Gail (7/5): For London, this is a good property at a decent price and I would consider using it again - Located in a nice area. Great outdoor space. Fab sliding windows to help cool the lounge and several velux windows for air flow in the bedroom. Bed was reasonably comfy although it is just a mattress on the floor due to sloping roof. Modern styling and had all the basics required for cooking. Needs a fresh lick of paint and some nice artwork to brighten up the space. It's all rather bland. You couldn't sit on one sofa as extremely uncomfortable but the other was ok. The lounge space is unusual so there isn't a space for the TV. Instead, the TV is in the bedroom. We only wanted to watch it at breakfast time but on a longer stay, this could be a negative for others. The cleaners do a good job of cleaning the main spaces and tops of furniture but need to occasionally clean inside drawers, bathroom cabinet etc
• Rachel (7/5): Good location- nice views - Great location. Short walk to Hammersmith tube station. Light and airy with outdoor area to eat meals. Good washing machine and dishwasher. Decent for family of 4. Check in is very late.. 4pm for early international arrivals, it's a very long wait. Sofa beds need replacing, not comfortable, ok for kids. Also, more bowls, mugs and proper wine glasses would be good. Cotton sheets for summer.
• Guilleylau (9/5): Perfect experience - The apartment is very well equiped with all electronic devices that heps a lot. It is also near the underground, so you can easily go to visit all places in London and also connect with the train to go to other cities like Cambridge, York, etc.
• Sabrina (8/5): Cosy immaculate apartment with lovely views - The apartment is immaculately clean. Lovely rooftop view from the large window in kitchen- living area. Cosy and warm. Bed linens were clean and fresh. The shower was lovely. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable for sleep The towel rack next to the shower is so hot if u touch it it will burn.
• Sandipan (5/5): Wasted my money thinking the property to be luxury studio. It is not. - Nothing in particular. Highly overrated for family and couples. I had to walk up five storeys with my luggage. I have had better experience with cheaper properties. £120 pound for cleaning totally waste of money. Very small congested place. Will never recommend to anyone I know.
• Alba (9/5): Superb - It's a modern flat with modern equipment. Really close to bus stops and underground stations. We definitely could turn the heat on, at some some point it was even too much and we had to turn it off. Really quiet building, not a single noise was heard during the night. Great water pressure in the shower. The only bad thing for us was that the sofa beds were pretty bad. Uncomfortable to the point you didn't know which position was best to get some sleep.
• A (1/5): Bad - Nothing. I didn't like that no one could book more than one night, why?! And the check out is so early when no place to receive visitors before noon.
• Logan (7/5): Great location and good facilities. Not happy with the hosts actions. - Easy to get in without meeting the host. The host woke us up at 9.30pm trying to get into the property to do something. We were jet lagged and asleep. We weren't happy. In my opinion once we have the use of the property the host should leave us alone and definitely not knock on the door at 9.30pm at night.
• Umoru (8/5): Great experience overall. - Location especially the seat out area. The room had a good over all view. My children enjoyed counting all the incoming flights into Heathrow. Narrow stair way to the top, because room was located at the last floor. Getting to the room with boxes etc was quite tasking. Apartment also needs proper beds. Them sofa foldable beds can blow out someone’s back/waist. Heater close to the door leading to the seat out wasn’t working. That needs to be looked into because room can be cold especially when it rains.

• Alex (7/5): Convenient location with lovely view, ideal for a couple wanting a base from which to explore London - Washing machine great for families and the locations was good. All bedding and towels etc were fresh and clean. Top floor and stairs not ideal for families with small children and lots of bags. Balustrade on roof deck did not seem very secure. Not comfortable having children out there.

• Katrina (9/5): As my granddaughter liked to call it. A great holiday home. - Great location very near my son and lived not having keys only passcodes for the doors. Lots of stairs to property with nowhere to safely leave a pram. Residents kept leaving the outside door off the snib although they had been provided with a passcode to enter.
• Kwnstantina (9/5): Superb - I loved the location and the cleanliness at the arrival. I would appreciate to have more linens, towels and cleaning products, since we were a family and we stayed for one week.
