• Mihail (8/5): Добро място за семейна почивка - Апартаментът беше страхотен. Красив, голям. Имаше всичко необходимо като мебели и аксесоари. Малкият кухненски бокс разполагаше с всичко необходимо. Терасата беше удобна, с добра гледка и голяма хубава маса и столове, с простор. Банята беше добре поддържана. Басейнът беше хладен и с децата изтърпяхме само няколко минути вътре. И помещението, в което се намира не беше затоплено. Също не е постоянно отворен, така че да отидеш когато искаш, а явно трябва да се обадиш от предния ден. Ние успяхме да влезем само единия ден. Уредите в игралната зала са с жетони за по едно евро на игра, и не всички работеха. В двора свободно се разхождаха големи кучета.

• Kostadin (10/5): - Spacious apartment with nice terrace and view. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The recreational area is useful for stay with kids and friends - tennis table, billiard table, air hockey. Cannot comment on the spa and pool, we didn’t use them. The bed mattress was too soft for me.

• Станислава (10/5): Супер Смолян - В рамките на една година 3 пъти бяхме в Oak Residence като за втори път отсядаме в този апартамент. Има достатъчно удобства. Мястото е супер. Влюбени сме в огромния диван. Апартаментът е много уютен Няма

• Ryan (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Very quiet location. Facilities at the complex were exceptional. Great restaurant and great staff.
• Hristofor (7/5): Bring your own spa robes and slippers! - Clean, spacious, higher build quality than what we are used to in Bulgaria for the price. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. We found the bed extremely uncomfortable. To the point where it was actually becoming a problem. Way too soft and hot. The pillows were too big and hard. Actual nightmare fuel for us. There are no spa robes / towels nor were there the usual spa slippers in the apartment. We had to beg the hotel to let us pay for a set of theirs, as they explained that this apartment is a private listing, and is not actually managed by them.

• Plamih (9/5): Amazing apartment - The apartment is very nicely furnished. It was amazing. Huge table on the balcony, amazing view. It was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed (plates, pans, forks, knives, glasses), but no oven The SPA/indoor pool works only from 15:00 till 20:00. If you feel like going for a swim in the morning or you want to have lazy day starting with the SPA - it is not an option. When we arrived the sofa was extended (ad we had 2 children), but it was slightly broken, so I am not sure if it would have been that comfortable if two adults had to sleep there.
