• Magdalena (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen wenn man auf Komfort und Sauberkeit wert legt! - Die Wohnung lag an einer anderen Adresse als gebucht, nämlich in einem Sozialbau aus den 50er Jahren, der stark renovierungsbedürftig ist, mit einer anderen Ausstattung und Größe, irreführende Anzeige mit falschen Angaben. Die Wohnung verfügt weder über eine Terrasse noch hat sie 60qm. Die Fotos zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung entsprachen nicht der tatsächlich bereitgestellten Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand (verschmutzter Boden, Staub, gebrauchte verstaubte Kleidung unter den Möbeln, u. a. sogar Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter unter dem Bettlacken, sowie ein benutztes Handtuch im Bad). Laut Beschreibung ein Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten, es gab ein schmales Doppelbett (140cm) im Schlafzimmer, und eine harte schmale Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Für 4 Nächte und Freunde eigentlich nicht geeignet! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings nervten ständige Stromausfälle wenn gleichzeitig mehrere Geräte eingeschaltet sind. Die Duschhalterung hat eine abenteuerliche Halterung mit Klebebändern. Der Vermieter war zwar schnell erreichbar, allerdings die Mängelbehebung war nicht zufriedenstellend, Anleitungen über Telefon für Stromausfälle und keine TV Verbindung zum WLAN, die nicht behoben wurden.
• Roderick (8/5): Excellent location and good value. - The property was in a very good location close to tube stations and Regent’s Park it was also well equipped, nicely decorated with a comfortable double bed. Don’t let these points put you off it’s a nice flat but….The shower was terrible and almost unusable delivering either scalding hot water or cold (I’m a plumber and even I couldn’t get it to work properly) and it was sometimes quite noisy with traffic noise.
• Georgios (8/5): Good value for money at a comfortable newly renovated flat. - Newly renovated flat, ample space, well decorated with all amenities. Very friendly hosts immediately available and caring for all requests. Really happy. Ex council flat building, maintained to council standards.
• Tereza (10/5): Nice place close to Hyde park - Very nice and quiet location, close to Hyde park and the city centre. We stayed for two nights, family of four and it was comfortable enough, kitchen well equiped and everything ok :). -
• Valeriu (7/5): - Locatia si gazda. Curatenia, starea generala a apartamentului si modul de preluare si predare a cheilor de acces (dintr-o locatie aflata la 0.6 km de apartament).

• Ayelet (8/5): - האיזור היה מקסים גם הדירה היתה נחמדה מאוד הגענו לשני לילות, כך שלא היינו הרבה זמן כשרצינו לחמם אוכל במיקרו ובתנור, גילינו שנותר אוכל, כנראה מהאנשים שקדמו לנו. המחזה היה לא נעים בכלל. חבר שהמנקים לא בדקו לפני שמדווחים על ניקוי הדירהג׳
