• Μολυβιάτη (10/5): A very pleasant stay in Naples - The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is close to the main attractions and the host was very friendly. Breakfast at the nearby café was delicious. The building is a bit old and there is some noise from the street.

• jptifa (9/5): Nice simple place to stay to enjoy Naples. - A very nice place. Walter the caretaker was a perfect host, before I arrived and during my stay, providing many information on the city and places. Very reassuring in a new place. The apartment is well located near a metro stop (line 2) close to the main station, hence easy to reach. A line 1 stop nearby connects you with the most important spots in town, while not beeing too crowded. Nice. Many restaurants, a great pastry nearby made it easy to feed myself. The room had a view on a small quiet street (see below) and had what you expect from a hotel room. The room is also very clean. Overall I had a nice stay and could go back there (6 nights for 460€) There was nothing wrong in itself. A couple of remark. I think the window "closure" could be easily improved, improving soundproofing. A question of tightning the closure. When it is said "breakfast included" it means that you get a voucher togo to the next door bar and get a caffee and a croissant. Nothing more. Thus any other thing will be on your own. There is a shared fridge if you buy stuff. There is also a microwave. You cannot expect to cook anything. Just reheating is possible. But this is fine when you know and don't have wrong expectations. In any case, food is cheap in Naples, in restaurants.

• Panagiotis (9/5): Superb - The perfect location and the room and bathroom was clean. The host was very helpful and polite. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.
• Julian (9/5): Superb - Communication with the staff was outstanding, they kindly gave me lots of recommendations and also answered questions I had about the city and general lifestyle. Probably the kitchen could have more elements for you to make meals, and the bathroom room is quite compact.

Very small point but it would be good to have at least one tv channel in English, even if it’s just euronews uk. Loads of channels in Italian naturally, but in sure they have guests from abroad all the time.

• Caitlin (6/5): Nice stay with helpful staff - Was a useful location to get to and close to metro station. The toiletries were topped up which was greatly appreciated. It was very nice to be greeted with water for the kettle and coffee machine, teabags and coffee. Walter even went through extra effort to provide chocolate eggs at Easter and was extremely helpful with recommendations. The shower had visible mould inside it which was quite off-putting and the main shower didn’t work. I think it just needs a deep clean.
