That’s probably the only positive thing to say about the the stay The fridge didn’t work (and it appeared had not worked for some time) No remote key provided to access the parking area - promised but no update provide.mmmm dc made accessing parking facilities very difficulties. and risky at night All the above were raised with the house. Very strong smell of sewage in the kitchen Very “unbothered” host.
• Dawie (1/5): The booking was cancelled by booking.com shortly after i made the reservation. - The Location is perfect. I paid online through booking.com Then the booking was cancelled on 16 July by booking.com. After numerous emails, and today is 22 July, i have not been reimbursed.

• Kalake (1/5): Bad Service from the Host - The host was non responsive (not answering calls or responding to messages) and had their phone off during check-in.l spent 2 hours stuck in the building, unable to access the apartment. Similarly, during checkout, the host was unresponsive and did not give clear instructions on the check-out process.

• Gregory (1/5): Don’t stay in this unsafe disgusting property - The location The property is in dilapidated condition and no one should be allowed to stay there. Paint is peeling off the walls in the bathroom. There’s mold on the walls in the kitchen and there’s an animal living in the ceiling that’s trying to get out through the bathroom vents. This property needs to be taken off bookings because it’s unsafe. The beds had bugs under the covers as well. I didn’t stay inside at all. Completely waste of my money. I had to book another room because it was so bad. I want my money back because this was a scam for sure!

• Nabil (7/5): Was a great stay, could have been perfect - Clean, nicely furnished. Comfortable. As described. The shower door was broken and could not be closed, so the water just flowed out on the floor of the bathroom, which was annoying. Nothing has been done to fix it during our six days there. Also we had to ask and wait 3 days to get the remote for the parking doors, had to find and ask the security agent to open each time we got in and out.

• Ishmael (7/5): Good - nice and comfortable property in a quite, secure and convenient neighborhood. the facilities were impeccable there seemed to be confusion regarding the location as we had to be redirected to an alternative property. there was also a problem with the key collection as security seemed not to have been properly briefed.

• Sukanani (1/5): It was terrible, we were told during our stay that if we want the apartment to be cleaned, the is call out fee of R300 e - The apartment is still new it needs to be taken care of. The is no staff and the apartment was not cleaned during our stay. For 5 days towels & bedding were not changed or cleaned. We felt as we were renting.😌😌😌😌 the corridor was dirty
