- Hawson (8/5): Beds were excellent. The stuffed toy display was a bit off putting. Facilities very good. - For some reason the cafe at the bottom of the building did not open at the advertised time so that caused some disruption to our visit but we found a delightful alternative cafe some 400 metres away. There was confusion about the code for the lock box. I ended up contacting the host directly and she kindly whatsapp messaged the data to me. I was also pretty miffed to be asked for a $500 deposit that actually never eventuated.

7. Free parking I didn't checked clearly that the location is not within free tram zone and took 20 minutes to walk to nearest free tram zone. But it is right at the North Melbourne train station.
- Kailash (3/5): Need more cleaning and kitchen need some dishes upgrade - Near to docklands and free parking. We booked it looking good ratings but found apartment was not cleaned before arrival. The bed and linens were extremely dirty, with hair found on both the bed and pillows. The kitchen was also unclean, and the cookware was both dirty and needed replacing.
Also this apartment has only one air conditioning , which is in the lounge, but none in the bedrooms.
Overall, it was a terrible experience that i had to call booking.com but due to long wait, and also as we were tired end up hanging call and we put new linens (thankfully there were some spares and hoping they were clean) ourselves before sleeping.
Definitely won’t recommend or book again compromising hygiene.
