• M. Gabriella (10/5): Perfect location cute place - Perfect location, in the middle of the old town in a quieter area. Cute and functional place. Nice and attentive host. Not about the accommodation per se but a general remark that I think 10:00 a.m. check out is always too early.
• Lucy (10/5): - Loved the location of this apartment but there are many stairs but in the old town theres plenty of stairs everywhere you go. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Clean bathroom, easy check in. Dom the host was very helpful on messages. The room was cold of a night, we tried to turn on the aircon to see if the heating would work but remote did not work, that is the only negative. Bring warm pyjamas.
• Camilla (9/5): Highly recommended! - The host was very kind, and the location fantastic. We had a lovely stay in a quiet area of the old town, which was only a stone’s throw from bars, restaurants and some swimming spots. It was all excellent.

• Francisco (8/5): Very nice place inside old town - Nice room inside the old town. Spacious and well decorated. Dom was very friendly. We really missed a window in the room, in all the pictures there is a big window and our room only had a small window located at floor level from the street outside.

• Rebeca (9/5): Apartamento encantador y buen situado - La limpieza y el apartamento en general. Está situado en pleno centro y es muy cómodo. Apenas tiene luz y ventilación natural, ya que si dejas la ventana abierta estás expuesto a toda la gente que pasa por la calle y es una una calle muy transitada. Teníamos que secar toallas y bañadores y tardaban bastante en secarse. Aun así, el apartamento ha merecido la pena.
• Irina (8/5): - Чистая квартира в Старом городе. Чтобы до неё добраться, надо пройти достаточное количество ступенек по лестнице вверх. Хороший хозяин, который за отдельную плату может отвезти в аэропорт, если договориться заранее. Отсутствие утюга. Вещи (купальники) очень медленно сохнут, да и сушить их в квартире особо негде. Мимо ходит много людей за день, нас это не очень смущало, но кого-то может.

• Mark (8/5): Excellent accommodation with great communications for the host would highly recommend - Excellent location in the old town Nothing. Except we had luggage for 2 weeks and there are lots of steps to navigate. The room would also benefit from a full length mirror for when getting ready. None of these issues adversely impacted our stay and would recommend.

• Wroot (6/5): A good location but lots of noise from the floor above - Good location and clean We were on the ground floor and it was quite noisy from people walking around on the first floor apartment in the middle of the night (I assume it must be a wooden floor above). We also had some confusion as we thought we had a terrace but apparently that is only for the top floor.

• Matthew (6/5): Confirm before hand which apartment you have. If you have apt 1 then you will have no view and minimal natural light. Yo - The property was immaculately clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Great air con. Good communication with the host. No balcony. In the image it showed a balcony. Our room had no view whatsoever, see attached photos.

• Samantha (9/5): Great apartment, just what we needed and only a few minutes walk from everything! - Dom was really helpful and provided all the details we needed. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and was exactly as described. There was nothing we disliked we would however provide feedback on a few things the apartment could benefit from:- a full length mirror, kitchen sensor light to be removed as it was too bright at night. Unfortunately the residents upstairs always made too much noise between 9pm and 11pm but this is not a fault of this
• Stefi (7/5): Nice place in the walls, but many steps to get to the apartment. - Good location in the walls of old Dubrovnik. Property located up a large number of steps…not as convenient as expected. The bathroom was renovated, but the rest of the apartment was a little dated.
• Michelle (8/5): No issues, comfortable - This is a cozy apartment right in Old Town. The host was very communicative, we picked up a key card at a lock box right at the property. He sent very clear instructions for finding it, but we still managed to get a little twisted around. There is a small kitchenette, but no markets in Old Town, so we didn't use it at all. Be warned there are 102 steps (not all at once, there are breaks) to get to the apartment. There is a seating area to watch T.V or read, but this isn't an apartment where you can kick back and enjoy the atmosphere of the area, such as a terrace or nice view. It's clean and comfortable for sleeping, but not a place you would want to spend a lot of time. No coffee maker (and no place to buy ground coffee or coffee pods) so if you need your morning coffee, be prepared to get dressed and head down all those steps to a cafe for your morning fix. The small window is covered by a wooden "door", which needs to be kept closed for bugs, privacy, and sound, so no natural light. Nature of having an apartment in such a historic old area.
• Michael (8/5): Location, location location (but do note, if you have 20+kg suitcases, they ARE a struggle to get up and down 90+ steps) - The location of the property within Dubrovnik’s old city walls is great. Plenty of hot water always available, large comfortable bed, and a large area for two people. Dom the owner was always accessible and rectified small requests very promptly Could be regarded a little dark with just two smallish windows. Although exceptionally well lit, it would be nice to have a floor standing lamp in the living area so the lounge area wasn’t either super bright or dark. I appreciate it is coming to the end of season, but a couple of draws were broken, there was no plug in the kitchen sink, and one of the bathroom towels had a hole in it (and we think the shower leaked but Dom thought that was us not closing the doors properly

That’s the reason why we booked this place. The photos clearly show a terrace. Cunning and deceitful No outdoor area. The photos clearly showed a terrace.

• Carley (10/5): Fantastic apartment, wonderful host and location - We were on a jet2 holiday on the island of Mjlet and we wanted to go to Dubrovnik for the day but due to the ferry times the only way to really spend time there was to find a room and stay over. We literally booked this the night before we arrived and it exceeded all of my expectations! Dom is an incredible host, so communicative and helpful. The apartment is located right in Dubrovnik Old Town, and you can hear the hustle and bustle during the day but its wonderfully peaceful at night. Its decorated beautifully, and has everything you need for a long stay. We will definitley be back for a week or so at some point. I didn't like having to leave!
• Sarah (10/5): Our cozy corner of Dubrovnik where we could rest after walking all around this lovely, beautiful city. - Very comfy, although snug. We didn’t cook but easily could have. We had takeout pizza in the kitchen. Bed, shower, hot water kettle - all great! Sometimes noisy when people are walking by - but that was only during the daytime. Otherwise, very quiet. My husband wasn’t crazy about walking up the stone steps, but he has a bad knee.

Lots of steps to get there so not for people with mobility issues but it was a perfect and convenient location for us. Beds were super comfortable and great shower! Easy self check in/ out via a lockbox. Host was contactable via txt msg. The only thing we felt the apartment needed was a full length mirror.
• Ar281 (9/5): Superb - Very clean, comfortable beds and great shower. Also having Netflix for our evening's viewings was a great bonus. Wished the property had an iron and ironing board.
• Sonja (10/5): Absolutely recommend - Everything was great. Excellent communication from the host and the place was spotless. It is a bit up the hill so bear that in mind if you have limited mobility but we enjoyed a bit of exercise. The place has everything you might need for a short or even a long stay if you want to cook there. Value for money was also great considering it's in the old town of Dubrovnik but we did go out of high season. The host even let us leave the bags there after checkout because our flight was in the evening on the last day. I absolutely recommend it for a great stay in Dubrovnik. The guests upstairs were a bit noisy walking around the first night (they were probably packing) but we always bring the earplugs so no problem there.

The apartment was cozy and quiet at night despite being inside the walls of the city. Decoration was lovely, the kitchen was well furnished, there was a lot of tv channels. We would repeat if we come to Dubrovnik again.

• Aline (7/5): Nice, clean, comfortable place, a bit difficult to get too if you have a suitcase - The pace was very clean, the bed was comfortable, they had many movie channels, key collection instructions were great, and the hosts were very accommodating for storing my luggage after checkout. The place was close to the main street, but it was very high up and there were many flights of stairs for those carrying luggage.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Everything was perfect! - Everything was perfect! Location is super central and really pretty. Apartment is spacious and has all utilities that you need on a short trip. We were a bit scared of street noise since it’s so central and we were staying on the ground floor. Noise only starts in the morning, but we had earplugs and could easily sleep through it. It’s not the busiest part of the city. Nice dark blinds as well on the windows, so that you can sleep in.

Location is perfect with being in the old city. Very clean and well presented. A little noisy when people walk past by during the day, but wasn't a problem come the evening so it was fine.

• Megan (10/5): Perfect apartment! - This apartment is right in the heart of Dubrovnik, located within the Old Town and walking distance to all the cultural spots. It was clean, well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. Dom, the host, was fantastic at responding to any questions and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and smart TV made this place a real home from home. We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat. This apartment is excellently located for restaurants, shops and small grocery stores. . There was nothing we disliked about this apartment. However, There are a lot of stairs through the old town up to this apartment as it is located at the back of the old town near to the city walls so bear this in mind if travelling with very heavy suitcases or if you are a less mobile individual.
