• Craig (8/5): Central loco and large space! - Large property, plenty of space. Well designed, everything modern. One bedroom was close to the road so a little noisy with traffic and tourists at night. But all in all not that bad to be so central to town.
• Graham (10/5): Ideal holiday house for up to 8 people. - Great location near beach and town. Well appointed, clean , double garage off street parking, decent pool for a cool down, good layout. Swallowed up 6 adults with ease. Nothing it was great.
• Dianna (10/5): Perfect family holiday home in Byron. - Spacious beautiful house close to the beach and not too far from the main Byron area for shopping and food. Excellent facilities - it had all you need for a comfortable and luxurious family holiday in Byron. Air-conditioning situation upstairs was not the best but the house was kept cool. The house is on the main road with a lot of traffic so it can be difficult to get in and out of the property with a car. A shower in the back to rinse off when you get out of the pool could be helpful. These are minor details that did not detract from the stay at all.

• Harrison (8/5): A great place for families or friends to gather - A great location, a short walk to beach and shops. Lots of space to come together or retreat and rest. Luckily being July we still used the pool. A great kitchen space For a 5 night stay the Dishwasher didn't work and insufficient tea towels or a dish drainer . For 5 nights extra towels would be useful. We didn't use the washing machine due to mould in the door seal
• Karen (9/5): Beautiful and luxurious house and pool close to beach and town - Great location with an easy walk to town and the beach. Four very comfy bedrooms. Lovely pool. Lots of living area so great for a group. Lots of complex technology which required reading up on to get things working - Netflix, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric gates, ceiling fans attached to lights etc. Gates and Netflix malfunctioned but staff were very responsive and helpful in fixing things.

• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - The location is fabulous 😍 The fans didn't work in sone areas and a few basic condiments would have been appreciated
• Nathaniel (8/5): Very good - The code provided did not work. Had to call emergency property number and 4 different codes were provided before we could even open the key box. Water was leaking from the refrigerator filter and pool was working properly. Called property manager and they could get anyone to come and fix the problem until our stay was almost over. They need to check that everything is fully functional in the property before renting it out.
