• David (2/5): Absolutely Not COMFORTABLE!! - Stayed for 3 days, but no room keeping or cleanliness. Asked about cleaning, but they said they didn't do it as most people only stayed one night. Towels just don't survive after 3 Nights!!!!! They just don't look after room No Clean Towels, TOILET PAPER, just nothing there to make your stay complete! The Desk didn't didn't even know about Local area. i.e Restaurants

• Linda (4/5): Just adequate. - The rooms were clean, but the building itself is aged. Whilst I booked this as overnight motel stay, instructions on arrival were to strip linens off the bed, remove garbage to designated area, and wash and put away all dishes. This is more a property management office than a motel. The pool area was disappointing. Pool had lots of leaves in it. Concrete around pool was stained. Two sad deck chairs. Overall, just dismal and unappealing. Centrally located in downtown Forster.

• Christina (3/5): Cheap and and basic in a great central - Basic accomodation Great location Kitchenette allows us to do own breakfasts and lunches. Given a key to a room someone was already in. Took several phone calls and more than an hour wait to have the issue temp sorted by a security person who gave us keys to rooms to stay the night until it could be properly sorted Staff member laughed when a verbal apology was given. No compensation for inconvenience or stress this caused. Broken furniture (chair) in room - leg snapped when it was sat on, ripped curtain ties in the middle to try and hid it. No mid week room tidy up. Had to chase the cleaner to ask for toilet rolls and dish detergent. Had to find big bins to empty room bins ourselves.

• William (7/5): Clean comfortable room in central Forster - Clean room in a central location walking distance to shops, beach and river. The property has a really nice pool and on-site parking.

• Andrew (2/5): Maybe ok in not peak times - Room was ok 400pn for room. No working aircon for the whole time. Couldn't get in touch with hotel staff. I get it's Christmas but a level of service would have been appreciated. Every day was 30 degrees +. No aircon... even though we chose it specifically for that

• Xiao (10/5): No one changed bath towels, added toilet paper, and took out the trash. needs improvement. - There is no breakfast here, the location is very good I booked this hotel through booking.com, checked in on September 27th and checked out on the 30th. Immediately after placing the order, my credit card was charged for the entire reservation rental, after which I received text messages and emails from the hotel, and I was asked by the hotel to: 1. Provide a copy of my driver's license or passport, 2. Provide a copy of my credit card (including the PIN on the back of the credit card) ), and clearly told me that if I did not accept the conditions they put forward, I might be refused to stay in the hotel, I took into account that my credit card has been charged for the accommodation, and they have regulations, no refund. Having no choice but to comply with the hotel's request, I provided a copy of my passport, a copy of my credit card and the PIN on the back of my credit card. All these actions, they didn't contact me through the agent and if I don't follow their instructions I will lose $487.00 in rent. I think they should have made it clear before the customer places the order, instead of forcing the customer to agree to their terms after withholding rent, which is an unpleasant practice.
