• Swati (4/5): Not worth the HIGH COST! Needs a full makeover by the owner. - There are very few things we liked about this room and one of it was it's location. This space is very centrally located and at walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Also there are a lot of restaurants near by so it's easy to grab food. Secondly, the host/owner is good to talk to and helpful. Lastly, the space is big enough for 2 to 3 adults. There are a lot of small changes the owner needs to do to this space before charging such a high price for this place. Let me begin with all the issues we faced while staying here: 1. The hot water in the shower lasts only for 5 mins. If you don't take a super quick shower then you will be left with cold water. 2. The shower cubicle does not have any holder so you have to keep your gel, shampoo bottles etc on the floor. 3. The WC is dirty and moldy. It needs a deep cleaning done. 4. All the furniture in the room is very very old and definitely needs to be replaced to give this accommodation a more cozy and modern vibe. 5. There is only one table lamp on one side of the bed. Also, that wasn't even working. It's spoilt. 6. The windows do not have any blinds or curtains. You have to open the window and close the main door outside if you want darkness but the problem is doing that every single day is annoying and hectic. 7. The worst part was THE AC DOES NOT WORK for long hours!! We were sweating every single night that we stayed here. It was so hot and suffocating. Now coming to the most irritating part of this place, they have a very complicated main door opening system. If you don't have data on your phone you will be locked out. The door can only be operated by a link that the host will provide to you. Also please note that sometimes that link does not work so you have to get in touch with the owner to solve the problem. Also, the lift in the building belongs to 1930's and by mistake if any other tenant forgets to close the door of the lift properly then you have to walk down 5 floors (if you are on the last floor).

La localización es simplemente espectacular: está en un punto perfecto para moverse andando y disfrutar de la ciudad sin complicaciones. Tener todo tan cerca hace que el viaje sea mucho más cómodo, especialmente cuando viajas en familia. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y resultó ser un lugar muy agradable para descansar después de un día de turismo. El ambiente es acogedor y se nota que está bien mantenido, lo que hace que te sientas cómodo desde el primer momento. Además, queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad del anfitrión, que tuvo el detalle de permitirnos salir a las 12:00, dos horas más tarde del check-out previsto. Ese gesto fue de gran ayuda para nosotros, sobre todo viajando con niños, y demuestra una gran atención hacia los huéspedes. En conjunto, hemos tenido una experiencia impresionante y muy satisfactoria. Sin duda es un lugar que recomendaríamos a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de una estancia cómoda, bien situada y muy agradable. Volveríamos encantados.

• Anna (8/5): Comodissimo per visitare Firenze - Posizione ottima: centralissimo, a 5-10 minuti a piedi dai maggiori punti di interesse. Molto comodo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli, distante circa 5 minuti a piedi. Appartamento dotato di servizi molto comodi anche per un soggiorno di 1 settimana (lavastoviglie, frigorifero, lavatrice, asse da stiro, etc). Ci tornerei! Aggiungerei gli asciugamani piccoli per ospite e cercherei di risolvere il problema dell'odore sgradevole al piano terra della palazzina.
• MATILDE (8/5): Molto soddisfatto lo consiglio. - Posizione ottima, attaccata al duomo. Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione della maratona, quindi perfetto. Gestore gentilissimo/a, sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio. Inoltre ci han permesso di fare late check out. Non ci sono tende oscuranti, entra luce dalle finestre anche di notte. Nella cucina mancavano presine/scottex o anche solo asciugamani per i piatti. IL bagno è in camera, quindi magari un po' scomodo se si soggiorna con altri ospiti o come noi con bambini che dormivano sul divano letto in sala ma dovevano entrare nella nostra camera.

• Jan (9/5): Feels like home! - Host was very thoughtful. There was Nespresso capsules, washing pods provided which was unexpected. Place was clean and felt like home. Only problem was the ventilation in the toilet. Can be stuffy at times.
• Rina (1/5): Bad - To make a long story short: do not reserve this place! 1. Wi fi very very slow, during evening mostly disconected! Only in the evening of the 6th day they brought us a moden that was really good. But it was too late. *We came for 8 days. Staying here was so dissapointing, the photos looked nice but in reality the appartment looked very very simple, a bit neglected, mold in the bath ( near the sink) , *No plce to put soap, shampoo ect in the shower cabinet. *Overall: when we entered the appartment it was for 8 nights: we found in the room only 1 set of towels ( big and small) for each one of us. For 8 days!!!, *And 2 toilette paper rolls. I dont think its logical in any way. The host promissed they will change towels and add paper on 2 day and 4th day. But nothing!! I waited for someone to come on the 3 night. After lots of whatsapps and phone calls someone arrived at 10:30 pm with 2 more rolls and 2 towels. Only after arguing and shouting the brought us more yowels a day after. *Also toillette seat was broken. He promised that a plumber will come on the same 1st day. Of course no one came. On 2nd day someone came and according to what he said, its broken and must be replaced. Obviously it was not replaced during all our long stay. I was told its a new problem which they did not know about. It was far from being true. A box with a new toilette seat ( probably non suitable) was already in the bathroom. But the existing seat was moving from side to side untreated. *Bedding: the bed was making noises . The sheet were very old, with stains of iod. *Noise: Weather was excellent so windows were open, but at night there was loud music from the bar. And in early morning noise from renovation in the nearby apartment. *Elevator- very old and slow, didnt work on the day of our arrival, luckilly, they put it to work just before we arrive, and again on 6th day, the appartment is on 5th floor but actually its almost 7 floors to climb.
• Meemaduma (7/5): Good - Location is very good ! Very convenient ! Easy access to most places! Taxi stand is also close by! Host was not ready , to self checking and instructions was very cumbasum ! Not very clear! He must be much more planned!
• Janarthan (9/5): Superb - Excellent location which was very close to a number of top restaurants and many of the churches - all within 10mins walking distance. The team were very responsive over the app and we're particularly helpful when we needed to leave our bags at the apartment on our last day. Access to the building was simple with all required details provided before arrival. Spacious room with a clean bathroom and kitchen. The only slight downside was the soft bed mattress which wasn't great for my back.
