• Julie (9/5): Great place close to the station - The location is great, the bed is super comfy, the little kitchen is clean and has a stove, microwave, coffee maker and a good sized fridge We couldnt figure out the microwave or the stove top. A manual for these would be useful :)

• Eleonora (9/5): Pleasant stay in Florence - Very good location to all the sightseeing. The apartment was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The smell of mold can be felt in the bed linens and in the bathroom.

• Kirill (10/5): Exceptional - Perfectly located on a quiet street – nothing and no one will disturb your sleep. Spacious enough for a comfortable stay of several days, and even equipped with a small kitchen featuring a gas stove and a dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable, and all sockets are adapted for European plugs. Quick and clear communication from the host – we received answers to all our questions, as well as recommendations for restaurants, parking, and more.

• Sergey (9/5): My advice for the owner is to find out good cleaning people and add small details ( simple make the coffee just before p - Location, owner faster responsibility with small problems We stayed for two days at an Airbnb in a good location with a nice setup, but the place was filthy, with dust, dirty floors, making it a very disappointing experience.

It was down a street that often had litter outside the door, but once inside, the place itself was safe, and had what we need. It was nice and clean, with a nice little kitchen too. The communication was so helpful with the host and couldn’t have asked for more information

The only disadvantage was that the apartment was on the ground floor without balcony and it was always humid with a smell of mould 🫤
