There are endless r - I stayed for 6 nights and couldn't have asked for a better location. Being so close to the Shin-Okubo station made navigating Tokyo a breeze. The surrounding area is lively with plenty of great restaurants and several grocery stores nearby, which was perfect for our longer stay. Highly recommend if you want convenience and a vibrant atmosphere!" None, everything is fine..

Spacious room with good amenities - The location is very ideal, so close to shin okubo station (yamanote line) only 2 minutes walk and other amenities such as convenience stores (7e, family mart, mini Aeon) and halal shops. It also located near shinjuku station within walking distance. The room is spacious and well equipped and i enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again So far nothing

It’s a quiet apartment although it’s allocated to crowded areas. Bedsheets were not clean. There is a noticeable dark spot on the white surface.
• Araki (7/5): 立地を考えるとコスパは高い。部屋の清潔感はギリ及第点かなぁ。 - 新大久保駅からとても近い。またホテルのすぐ近くにまいばすけっとやコンビニ、百均やファーストフード店もあってかなり便利。 テレビがスマートテレビで快適。WiFiも速かった。キッチンの備品は最低限自炊できる程度には揃ってた。 １２月宿泊だったが掛け布団がものすごく薄いの1枚しかなくて、エアコンつけっぱなしで寝るしかなかった。もちろん加湿器はない。 また部屋の掃除が微妙。ベッドのヘッドボードにうっすらホコリが溜まってたし、持参のスリッパの裏が結構汚れてた。

• Kev and Lynda (7/5): Small but we'll located - Located close to several train stations and very close to the Shin Okubo station this property is one or two buildings back from the main street and located within an easy walk to 7/11 and plenty of restaurants. .it did provide microwave, washing machine, kettle and fridge. The unit included a television, hanging space and a Small balcony. The host was generous with amenities. We don't have a comparison to other accommodation in Tokyo but this was a small unit. Providing a tiny bathroom with a small shower over a small bath tub and no shower curtain, it wasn't what we are used to. The accommodation only included two single beds. No extra blankets were provided so in December, using the heating during the night was key to staying warm.

• Mary Krisma Cabrador (10/5): Fantastic! - The location was amazing. The transfer from airport was not a hassle because the hotel was 1 minute away from Shin-okubo station (yamanote line). Especially in Japan you need to stay near a subway or a train station to ease the hassle of commuting or walking to tourist spots. I like that it was self-check in, it has the amenities perfect for a long stay. Although the hotel is quite small, it’s understandable since most accommodations in Japan is smaller than in some countries. Nothing. Hehe.

• Ádám (10/5): - There were everything necessary in the property. Bathroom, kitchen, balcony, comfortable beds, and even a wardrobe, which is kind of rare in Tokyo according to my experience. Instructions were clear, and easy to follow.

• JOSÉ ÁNGEL (8/5): - Buena ubicación junto a una estación de metro y a una parada de Shinjuku. Apartamento pequeño pero buena relación calidad precio para la zona en la que se sitúa. Check in autónomo pero fácil de realizar. Tiene lavadora y cocina Tamaño es pequeño, no hay servicio de limpieza durante la estancia ni cambio de toallas aunque tiene lavadora en el interior. Buena opción para una estancia económica.

L’appartement a tout ce dont on a besoin pour quelques jours, matelas très confortables et dans une petite rue donc calme la nuit. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix. Nous recommandons.

• Enrique Barragan (10/5): 100% recommended - Super convinient location with the Yamanote line and the station just 1 or 2 minutes walking distance. Full of convinience stores, restaurants and. Don Quijote!. The flat has everything you need, super clean and spacious. Bathroom is a bit too small, but usable, clean and functional.

• Theo (9/5): Perfect Location, easy to expolre Tokyo - Quiet Apartment. Close to Yamamote Train Line. Currency exchange office close by. Safe Area. Close to all 24/7 supermarkets. Perfect communication with the owner! He let us have an early checkin. There is no luggage storage service anymore in the building.

• Fiona (10/5): - The hotel is extremely conveniently located close to Shin Okubo Station, from where you can go to any big part of the city with the Yamanote Line, and have amazing food in Korea Town around the corner. The hotel itself has an elevator which fit all of our 4 suitcases and the room was spacious enough to open these compared to other hotels in Japan that I've been to. The beds are comfortable and have plugs as well as storing space at the bedside and too big drawers beneath the bed. There were enough amenities like shampoo, conditioner, bodysoap as well as pads and detergent for the washingmashine. You could dry the clothes at the balcony, that had a nice view on the city. I was especially glad about the friendly hotel staff that would always answer fast via the booking.com chat, that was able to find the items we lost when checking out and made sure that we are able to get them back. The only thing I could think of would be a vacuum cleaner, but since it was only for 3 days it wasn't that necessary. Also the room has a big Television Screen, but it has unremovable advertisments.

• Saadet (8/5): - Merkeze ve metroya çok yakın, anahtar kutudan alınıp hemen odanıza geçebiliyorsunuz. Yeme içme ve eğlence mekanlarının sokağında ama çok gürültülü değil. Sıcak su her zaman var. Sadece klima sıcak ısıtması yeterli değil biraz soğuk.
