• Ian (9/5): Comfortable flat in a good location - I had previously stayed in the top-floor flat in this building so knew what to expect. It's a good location with nearby shops, buses and trains, comfortable with reliable wifi. I would stay again if it was available, though I prefer the top-floor flat,which has its own washing machine. I'm not going to moan for the sake of it.
• Chernor (6/5): Pleasant - It was a comfortable flat The remote wasn’t working so i had to buy batteries for it. Also there was no washing up liquid or even soap to wash your hands.
• Nana (1/5): Bad experience - easy check in The smell, the noise, the cleaning, the equipment don't provide a true comfort. the location has bus stop in front but is very far from the centre and is super noisy in the night time. the photos looked okay but the reality is so far faded away

• Pete (10/5): Lovely comfortable and clean - we had a really lovely stay - thank you! - Great location, far enough away from the very busy city centre and close to 2 train stations. The apartment was clean and well presented on arrival, the communication with Chris (the owner) was excellent (we didn't need to call him at all during our stay!) and the apartment was exactly as described - we were very comfortable and happy during our stay. Some additional cutlery would be awesome (there was one fork and no knife for chopping food) and maybe some more glasses as there was only 1 in the apartment. I wouldn't say this was something we didn't like, I'd prefer to call this a suggestion instead :)
• Shaun (2/5): Overall disappointed. Definitely not cosy. - Everything is compact and have basics. Communication was good. Accommodation is best described as student digs. Flat door is basic, doesn't keep noise out, and doesn't really feel that secure. Bedroom: one coat hanger in the wardrobe. Mattress was very soft. My personal preference would be to have a firmer mattress. Terrible nights sleep. Bathroom: Fine. There were few maintenance issues but nothing major, shower door missing a handle, no plug in sink, water splash from toilet had damaged the vanity unit. The shower was hot, though, and powerful enough. Main living room. Average. Sofa was uncomfortable, one chair for table, TV didn't have aerial TV with no instruction. Kitchen: The fridge shelf was broken. Couldn't place anything in the door. One functional fork, the other one, was broken. Bench didn't have a draining board, so washed dishes sat on counter top and had to wipe it down. It's generally very noisy flat. Double glazing left much to the be desired. Didn't sleep much at all. Flat is on a main road. Fine, but noise was unbearable. My dad 'slept' in the bed. I took the cushions off the soft and made a bed out of that. If I had 4 hours of sleep, I would be amazed. Both me and my Dad thought the noise was unbearable. Potentially invest in new double glazing to stop the noise getting in. Only stayed one of three nights because of personal issues we had to head home for. Being 100% transparent if we hadn't had to leave, we would have left the apartment early anyway and booked into a hotel. Overall, I was very disappointed. Would not describe as cosy.
• Carol (7/5): Enjoyable. - The location was great and had a shop near hand. Needed a little bit of attention like bathroom shower door handle broken, the container the cutlery were in was dirty ,no bottle and can opener. My suggestion is the owner of the property need to go and check what is needed and needing done to ths property. We had to phone owner a few times and he was helpful as on arrival we hadn't yet received the code for the key box. Would come back again if the flat was fixed.
• Aaron (8/5): Very good - It was well located, a good price and the person who runs it was very friendly. A little lacking on basics - sponge, towels. Although the host did fix this issue quickly. Could just do with a little more care in its preparation.

• Kim (5/5): Basic budget stay in a nice location. - Better than a hotel room, the small kitchen meant we could make basic meals. Flat was clean. The location was ideal to visit family, nice cafes and restaurant nearby. Easy travel with 2 train stations nearby. Christian was helpful and good communication. The flat is tired and in need of some TLC. The blinds are broken, shower room extractor fan doesn’t work and fridge isn’t working properly. Bedroom layout could be better as bed is against the wall and could be moved to allow access from both sides.
• Stephen (10/5): Lovely stay! - The flat provided everything we needed for a short trip. The couch was comfy to cosy up to while watching TV. A nice fleece blanket is conveniently within reach for the cold weather! The kitchen was complete with basic pantry supplies (salt and pepper, cooking oil) and basic cooking utensils. Wifi is available and has fast connection. The bedroom is cosy - nice comfy mattress! There's a lot of shelf space to put your clothes and other items on. Christian himself was very attentive and checked-in regularly (via messages). Very helpful! Shame that the roller blinds were broken!

Just a 5-minute walk from a serene park, the place is also strategically situated between two train stations (5-10mins walk) each offering a swift 30-minute connection to the heart of London. This made exploring the city an absolute breeze. Moreover, the apartment is situated in a tranquil neighborhood, exuding a sense of safety and peace even during the evenings and nights. The Wi-Fi was both fast and stable, providing an uninterrupted online experience that's ideal for work purposes. As for the accommodation itself, the 'flat' was not only fine but also clean, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a well-placed and comfortable London retreat.

• Andreas (9/5): Great stay! - Very cosy apartment with all the facilities you could need. We loved the location as it was more peaceful than staying in the heart of London, but only 30 mins to get to Victoria
• Kristian (7/5): Good - It was good, good location and it seems like a very nice apartment, but we discovered that it was a little dirty, so we tried to clean a little, also they don't provide toilet paper, and also they don't have soap, but the appartment is really nice , the bed was so good

• Chantelle (9/5): Fab spot, fab price, fab stay! - The location was great for london! Great direct bus route and really close to the overground/underground. The smart tv was a lovely touch for when we just wanted to chill in the flat. Was lovely to see things like a good amount of toilet rolls and things like body wash and toothpaste. Most places i have been tho didn't have them, so it was nice to see. Also there was a good amount of extra blankets if it was cold so would be a good spot to travel go all year! (I get cold easy so its something I notice and love to see). The flat was near a good shop so didnt have to go far to get what we needed. Overall fab time was had! The public address wasnt available so was little lost on the stretch of road trying to figure out the spot, but when we got in touch with the owner, it was easy to get to. I get the safety concern with the full address not being there so wasnt too annoyed at that. No issues besides there was no scissors in the flat and really needed them but its a easy add.
• Paulo (4/5): Nunca más - It had the bare minimum we were looking for: a useable kitchen and an enclosed bedroom Location was not central but close to bus stops and thameslink station. Pizza place near the station "YARDSALE" had amazing pizza. Pictures look better than the actual product. The bed had ZERO fimness. Mattress was too soft you could feel the springs. Bathroom lights was dim and flickering. Epilepsy precaution. Kitchen pots and pans were barely useable. Very thin. All were nonstick with corroded coating. Use at your own risk. Refrigerator produce drawer was shattered.

• Rosita (8/5): very nice - Chris is great and the flat was very comfortable. easy access to go get to and from. nice neighbourhood and it was located in an area which made it very easy to get to the locations me and my partner wanted to go to. Felt safe and secure in the flat.

• Alan (10/5): Our stay lived up to the nature of the way the flat is described: ‘cosy’. - We are actors. It was so handy for the Theatre. Ease of parking. Modern facilities. Great shower. Nice and warm (We we’re there in January). Very comfortable bed. The landlord was attentive to our needs and to ensure we were comfortable. It suited us perfectly. So I am happy to write N/A here.
• Ignacio (5/5): Passable - No hair dryer, no table, just one chair, household a bit dirty, only 2 towels, not possible to manage our own heat so a bit cold some times, lack of response from the owner when asking for wifi pass or more towels.
• Steven (8/5): Basic but pleasant and well-situated - Chris was very considerate in supplying me with all the information I needed to get started. The flat is basic, but serviceable and in a pleasant location. There are stores (including supermarkets) and pubs and restaurants within walking distance. There is some maintenance required on the flat itself. Having a dustbin somewhere would have been useful. There is quite a bit of traffic noise from the road outside.
• Andrey (3/5): Poor - There is a really good WiFi. The location is well connected with most sites. About 40 minutes by bus or train. Underground is also relatively close. There is a night transportation. The bed is comfortable. The apartment was dirty - there were stains on the walls, on windows, on the furniture, dust under and around the bed. The toilet was dirty and had brownish stains inside. The apartment was not well maintained - curtains were broken so everything was visible from the outside, the toilet seat was broken, half the lights did not work, bathroom furniture was worn out. There was no iron and hair dryer. The host was not prepared for us - we were not provided check in instructions until 2 hours before arriving, there were dirty cloths used for cleaning when we arrived, the furniture was still wet, bed sheets were not ironed, etc. We arrived at 5pm. The only reason I am not giving an even lower rate is because the place has a good potential and needs some good cleaning and maintenance.
• Mathew (6/5): Good location, run down and not well maintained. - The location was great, which was why I chose this property. It was a nice space and reasonably priced. There was no tv. A pretty basic thing for this day and age. It was dusty and there was rubbish left in the wardrobe. The tap in the kitchen was loose and the radiators stopped working. The fridge was dented and the door stuck. I could go on. Walking in it wasn’t impressive.
• Ciara (10/5): Simple but sweet flat - Chris was excellent in his communication and made check-in/check-out very easy. He was helpful in terms of explaining how the flat appliances operated etc. The flat was a very good price, it's simple but has all the essentials and not too far a walk from the main station and supermarket. Nothing really- the flat could benefit from a bin but otherwise, it was fine!
• Patrick (8/5): Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Definitely recommend for the price. Does have Wi-Fi even though it says it does n - nice size and catered for everything I needed there was no TV or a desk/table to work on i.e for work on a laptop the heating never worked. would only come on for an hour so only took the chill from the room for a bit
