- Derora (7/5): we slept very well and had a good time in this flat :) - the location is great, there are a few cute cafe just at the corner; super markt in reachable distance and it's a very quite room with good size for 2 people. Most of the pans have severe scratches. We do not recommend that any guests use them because once the coating is scratched, it can release toxins. The smell at the stair case and lift are unfortunately very cigarettey.. however the air in the room is totally fine. Oh, and the self check-in instructions can be improved, it's very unclear... we've spent almost half an hour there just to find where this parking lot is... even when we speak German and have asked ppl around.

- Merle (7/5): - Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung, sie könnte aber etwas Liebe vertragen. In der Geschirrspülmaschine war noch schmutziges Geschirr und im Badezimmer hing noch ein scheinbar benutztes Handtuch an der Handtuchhalterung. Die Pfannen waren nicht nutzbar, weil die Beschichtung komplett zerkratzt war. Diese sollten ausgetauscht werden. Auch ein neues Topfset wäre eine gute Investition. Es gab nur wenige und sehr kleine Töpfe, zu denen nur einer der Topfdeckel gepasst hast. Außerdem wären richtige Kaffee/Teebecher super. Die vorhandenen waren sehr klein und der Kaffee wurde darin schnell kalt. Auch das Badezimmer benötigt etwas Pflege, insbesondere die Dusche: Reinigen der Fugen (Schimmel?) und neue Dichtung an der Duschtür.

- Alina (9/5): A nice apartment - I had a good short stay in this nice apartment. The communication with the owner was great and the self-check-in and check-out were very easy. The apartment is newly furnished, clean and is in a great location - walking distance to the city centre and the railway station, some good restaurants and cafes and a big supermarket nearby. Comfortable bed, good shower, good WiFi and a nice fully equipped kitchen which was perfect for preparing my own meals when I wanted. Overall, a nice experience. I would recommend this place and would stay here again when I am in Innsbruck next time. The nearby cafe had live music and some noise until after 11pm. This didn't bother me as I usually stay up until late, and if the windows were closed you could hardly hear anything. However, for someone who goes to bed early and would like to have windows open at night this might have been a little disturbing.
