• Karan deep (7/5): - Gorgeous area, loved the backyard and all over infrastructure as well as the facilities. Easy parking and very nice area to walk around. Beach as well as other amenities are only 5 min drive away. Only thing we did not like was the Mattress. We couldn’t sleep properly and back started hurting after 1st night there. Definitely need to change the mattress

• Fred (1/5): Based on previous comments we were very uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness and decided to leave a day early with - The location Lack of parking. Not thoroughly cleaned. Needed to ask for hand towels and washcloths. Walls and floors were dirty. Lot of trash under stairs outside subject to rodent infestation. Stove was filthy on top. Coffee maker had a basket with coffee grounds in it that had mold growing. The coffee pot was unusable. Also the fan in the bathroom was covered in dust and was running constantly resulting in dust being moved around within the unit
• Manmeet (2/5): - There was no parking available for us, bedding were not that clean. The floor was sticky.
• MEENA (9/5): Just wasn’t good communication wise. The rest was good. Privacy and space and rooms all good. - Spacious. Location was good. Unit was as in the pics. Host was not cooperative or helpful or efficient. Bathroom a little too small as there was no other mirrors anywhere. Cleanliness from previous guest - dishes still wet. And floor sticky. Fridge has stains which we cleaned. So we wouldn’t get charged. Laundry detergent or big garbage bags were not available. Don’t think walk thru was done after the previous guests left….

• Tamara (6/5): Ok for 2 nights - The suite is spacious. The metal stairs leading down to the suite, the chemicals stored under the stairs and the unfinished parts of the path are not dog friendly. In fact, the property is not great for people with mobility issues.
• Denis (5/5): Location is everything. - Location amazing. Very new and clean area. Not very clean rooms, a lot of dust and sticky floor, bed sheets smells and towels too. Some tea cups are chipped and cracked.
• Anthony (5/5): Very loud in the early morning - The size of the suite was suitable. Privacy was good. The mattress needed to be replaced and was worn out and sagging in the middle. The couch upholstery was repaired with tape, which wore off onto our clothing. There were not enough towels for the number of guests. The bedding wasn't adequate for the temperature. There was no soundproofing, so sleeping in wasn't an option as a child was riding a scooting toy across hard flooring upstairs. There were many repairs needed to walls and doors.
• L'oreal (5/5): Yikes, not as advertised - unit could use some love - It was very close to many amenities The suite has a few broken items, including missing a glass shower door (watch out as the door knob hits the glass) and is heavily perfumed. My husband was able to fix the broken bed, but it was still hard on our backs. The furniture is dated riped and very worn, the bedding was sad and dingy. We even had to put the dishes away from the previous stay. Note the stairs are dark and not illuminated at night to the dark underground entry. I wouldn't book again.
