Marlijn (9/5): Heerlijk appartement met goede ligging - Ruim appartement met veel licht, heel sfeervol ingericht en alles aanwezig. Op loopafstand van de liften (15 minuten) en op loopafstand van supermarkt, restaurants en bakker (5 minuten). Goed bed, fijne douche. Heerlijk voor een week wintersport met het gezin!
Simone (10/5): - Ausstattung, Aussehen, Sauberkeit, Gemütlichkeit .... Der Pool war leider außer Betrieb. Dies war nicht sofort erkennbar. Das könnte / müsste geändert werden. Da die Ausstattung der verschiedenen Chalets anders war, wäre es hilfreich wenn nur die Fotos der jeweiligen Wohnung sichtbar wäre. (Kachelofen ...)

Yonathan (4/5): The property is great, the communication and management needs some improvement. - The facilities were great and the apartment was well maintained, had everything we need and thoughtfully designed. We were told before the reservation and again before arriving that the stay included the Salzburger Card. When we arrived, we found out that this was not the case and they only provide the Grossal card, which has minimal benefits and almost nothing is included (lifts to the mountain, local attractions, etc). This results in additional costs of 50-100 euros per day relative to what was said to us. When we let the property know, they don’t really acknowledge the misrepresentation (despite the fact that we have it in writing) apologize or provide some compensation.

Melanie (10/5): - Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral. Perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Poolbereich wäre eigentlich top: sauber, schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Leider war das Wasser trotz angeblicher Beheizung ziemlich kalt, vermutlich wetterbedingt. Schade, denn bei wärmeren Temperaturen wäre das sicher ein Highlight gewesen. Trotzdem insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt !

Janis (9/5): Very cosy, modern and clean, would return there gladly - Clean, everything we needed was there, very cosy, would return there gladly. Wellness area was apparently open only during the day when we were absent. Would be nice to have it accessible in the evening. We haven’t asked though to make it available. Electric switches need some time to get used to. The lights in the house are very cosy but I could not figure out how to switch off seperate lights. A written instruction would probably be helpful.
Stephanie (9/5): Really clean, cosy space, great location! - Great location, you can walk to get groceries, and restaurants. Would be nice to know in advance that the children’s sleeping space is open to the parents space.
