• roberto (3/5): There is absolutely nothing worthwhile about this apartment. Although it is supposedly in a central location — which is - We were pressured into paying the city tax in advance, and only via PayPal. As people over 60 years old, we have some difficulties with this, yet we felt forced to make the payment. The host contacted us very late, and we only received the apartment access details, keys, and entry instructions just minutes before check-in. This significantly disrupted our travel plans and schedule for the day. When we arrived, there was only one proper bedroom. There was no third bedroom at all. The second room could barely fit a bed, and the mattress was extremely thin — what we would call a camping mattress. The bathrooms were faulty, there were no proper doors, and there was no privacy. Additionally, the glasses were all dirty. This was our first impression upon arrival. A person with no integrity and no shame - disnohest. Terrible experience.

• Roxana (8/5): - Zentrale Lage Die Heizung war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts kalt. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, sie stelle sich automatisch ein, jedoch blieb sie durchgehend kalt. Das war bei den Temperaturen sehr unangenehm.

• Wayne (9/5): - The apartment living areas are nicely renovated and very comfortable for our group of 5. Great location, large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and sites. Main bedroom was quite large, second bedroom bed was good size but very uncomfortable bed (thin mattress on fold out) and there was no third bedroom. The floor boards at bathroom and main bed door are lifting and uneven. Need a key to operate the lift, didn’t realize until we had already carried our luggage up two floors.
• oh coco (9/5): perfect location / elevator sucks - The apartment is in perfect location ! few steps away from the Duomo and restaurants. Its very clean - i like the kitchen very much and the space even if we did not cook at all ! the smaller bathroom is fine except the shower is very small ! the flooring infront of the small bathroom needs to be fixed. i trip and hurt my left foot ! communication with the property manager is great! the elevator SUCKS !!!! we ended up carrying our luggages going up & down bec the elevator was not working !!! it worked once and that's about it ! its too small - will only fit 1 25" luggage and 1 person ( squeezed ) the 2nd bedroom needs a support under the mattress. it needs a board in between the mattress amd the bed frame. mattress is thin and i can feel the metal bedframe. opening the front door lock is challenging ... italian style as i call it ! its very tricky

• Antonio (9/5): fantastico para descansar - la ubicación y los servicios cercanos, tener un super cerca es muy bueno. la comunicación con la empresa es excelente. y lugar es bastante comodo y amplio. el elevador da un poco de claustrofobia, jeje, mejor usar las escaleras. Si bien el piso estaba en reforma los colchones no son los mejores.
• yann (8/5): Bel appartement à 2 pas du Duomo - L’emplacement est définitivement le point positif ainsi que la taille de l’appartement. En revanche, nous sommes arrivés en voiture et les passages en ZTL fermés ne permettent pas d’arriver sur place en pleine journée. Malgré cela, c’est une bonne adresse. Les hôtes étaient toujours disponibles pour nous à distance. L’étroitesse de la douche dans la petite salle de bains.

• Boštjan (9/5): Superb - Nice place. Big spacey apartment. Center of the city. Posibility to park on the street was perfect. 10 min walk away we parked car in the inner city Zone (this is what you can do, when your host is applying you at local municipality). Recommend.

• Nancy (9/5): I would definitely recommend this place again because again it was clean centrally located to everything and very spacio - The highlight was definitely the location—just steps away from the Duomo and everything else in San Lorenzo Square. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were modern. The third bedroom wasn't a true bedroom—it had just a cot and served more as a walkthrough space to access the other two rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. Thankfully, since it was just my mother, sister, and me, we managed fine, but it might not be ideal for larger groups or those needing more privacy.

• Justin (8/5): Perfect location in the heart of Firenze - Excellent location just one minute from the Duomo. Lots of things to see in walking distance of less than 10 minutes. Supermarket two doors down will help with your needs. Kitchen is useful if you want to have something to eat from things you buy. The windows do a great job of stopping the street noise. Lots of space, two bathrooms really make family visits easier. A lift makes it easy to take luggage up and down. Internet didn't work during our stay - the network was connectable but no internet behind it. Bed was OK, not the most comfortable.

• Robert (9/5): A great visit to Florence and the apartment was a fantastic spot to walk to all the sites of Florence - Great location - easy access to all the sights of Florence and close enough to the train station to carry large suitcases We had problems with the keys getting in the front door and the door to the apartment. Whilst the owners responded quickly, they were unwilling to provide help.
• Ha (9/5): Superb - really spacious and clean. Very modern place too. And great location, walking distance to all the sightseeing places in town. Would save and book here again if I travel in big family The lift is quite old and scary, but that is to be expected in Italy
• Michael (4/5): Great location, shame about the beds - Great location! Was advertised as a 3 bedroom, it is a 2 bedroom house with a fold out bed in the hallway. Should be advertised correctly to avoid disappointment.
• Maria (9/5): Comfortable - Close to everything. What you see on booking.com about the apartment is it. The stairs. It’s actually in 3rd floor. There’s a tiny elevator that brings up the suitcases. No clothes dryer. We had issues with the bathroom door knobs. It won’t open if you close it so we open it loosely. See pics. My friend who is 4 feet tried to slide the shower head down in the smaller bathroom it fell off from the wall & since it can’t be screwed back asap 5 of us shared one shower on our last night. Our shower head in Rome apt was so easy to slide up & down. So I message the apt mgt asap about it with pics.
• Christina (9/5): Wonderful stay in prime location - Prime location and walk to most attractions. Lift access is a bonus for travelers with luggages. Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated apartment. Bedrooms are very quiet even though the apartment is located in the busy tourist area. Parking garages within 5 minutes walk.

• Patrick (1/5): Not what is seems, avoid! - Location is the only thing to like about this property, host unhelpful, beds uncomfortable and floors filthy. Booked a 3 bedroom accommodation, this was is only a two. Booked to have a crib provided for our child, nothing suitable was prepared or offered. Host unhelpful. Third room is offering a broken sofa bed as a joke im sure. Not only were the beds uncomfortable the ‘third room’ was not even set up dispute booking a 3 bedroom. Booking.com advised it as such, host claims I had to make further special requests, same for the bedding for our infant. Staying in multiple countries and dozens and dozens of host based appartments, this was the least helpful and most silly arrangement I’ve dealt with. Location is what makes this place attractive. Many other good spots to stay that are central.
• Michel (10/5): This apartment is a must!! - Spacious and super confortable apartment with everything needed for even a long stay. Located in the heart of Florence. Walking distance from everything. Lots of restaurants, bars and stores of all kind just outside of the door. Nothing. Everything was perfect

• Laura (7/5): Needs improvement - The location is excellent and easy to reach everything by foot. Check-in was easy due to a remote system and a lockbox. There is an elevator to get luggage up to the second floor. We appreciated the high chair, washing machine and kid's toys. The apartment has seen lots of wear and tear and many minor things were broken, including the refrigerator and a few cabinets. The doors and walls were dirty, as were the floors - loads of hairs and more than a few nail clippings. The air conditioner was pre-programmed to 22 degrees and would shut itself off when the temperature reached 25 degrees. When we contacted the host to remove the lock, we were told to open the windows. When we did, the temperature in the apartment reached 29 degrees during the day. There was also only soap and bath products in one of the bathrooms and two rolls of toilet paper for four people staying four nights. No dishtowels, paper towels or napkins were provided in the kitchen. All in all, the apartment needs a bit of love, a deep clean and some basics to make for a nice stay.
• Mark (6/5): Great location but would prefer not to sleep on the floor - The property is in a fantastic location, and was very clean. The master bedroom is large and has a comfortable bed. The beds in the second bedroom, passage room and sofa bed are really uncomfortable. The mattresses are too thin for an adult weighing 80kg or more. We ended up sleeping on the floor.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - Great tourist location 100m from Duomo. The street is very busy and the apartment overlooks the street, but very quiet with double glazing. Lounge suite needs replacing, springs all collapsed.
• Shirley (7/5): Very close to Duomo, convenient to eat. Clean. Only 2 BEDROOMS. - The property is on a busy street and very close to the Duomo, say only 1-2 mins walking to it, and is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. It got an elevator to transfer luggage (which is important for us), which can load maximumly two pieces of luggages each time. The facilities are clean. we got everything we need when we enjoy wine and take-away pizza at the apartment. The bedrooms information on BOOKING seems a little bit differred from the property, It got only 2 bedrooms, we were upset about this mistake. We ordered 3 bedrooms in the reservation, and the required bedrooms quantity was appeared in the order. It turned out only 2 bedrooms, plus two foldable sofas in two living rooms, one sofa in each, and with no quilts (you got to ask host to prepare before arrival). The host did left message to let them know any special requirements. But according to the order we assumed there would have 3 bedrooms, and I think the host should have told us under the circumstances they received the order with 3 bedrooms. There's a traffic control in Florence and the apartment is in the ZTL zone, which means cars cannot drive in the area during 8am-8pm. so if you arrive during this period of time, you have to walk about 5-10 mins after you get off car. (Everything has two sides.)

• Anonymous (6/5): Good location but not so much value for money. - The location is great and the master bedroom is comfortable. The communication with the property owner was good and he replied quickly. It wasn’t very clean especially the wardrobes. There was no second bedroom and there was a mattress(very hard) situated in the entrance of the apartment on the floor. And there was a small bedroom with a chair that turns into a bed which was not very comfortable. The elevator is very small and the one time we used it we got stuck inside and had no room for air.
