Le condizioni igieniche erano inaccettabili: asciugamani sporchi (anche con tracce di rossetto), lenzuola con macchie sospette (anche di tipo urinario) e presenza di peli sotto le lenzuola. Il letto era anche in cattive condizioni, con parti smontate. Inoltre, durante la notte è stato impossibile dormire a causa di persone che parlavano sotto la finestra fino alle 6 del mattino. Ho fatto foto per documentare tutto. Non consiglio questo appartamento finché non verranno migliorate pulizia e gestione.

• Michiel (6/5): Toplocatie, maar appartement heeft aandacht nodig - De locatie was ideaal om naar het stadion te gaan. Het was ook een ruim appartement. Er was nauwelijks wc papier. Er was nauwelijks keukeninventaris, zoals bijvoorbeeld maar 2 vorken. De kranen zaten niet goed vast. Het matras van beide tweepersoonsbedden is aan vervanging toe.

• antonio (1/5): Soggiorno da incubo - Nulla Appartamento sporchissimo, letti e cuscini pieni di capelli e peli da persone precedentemente state, asciugamani sporchi. Dopo aver fatto la doccia siamo rimasti con i capelli bagnati perché il fono non funzionante con zero gradi fuori. Per non dire le prese della struttura rotte che per attaccare un semplice caricatore si rischiava di perdere la corrente. Esperienza a dir poco negativa. Sconsigliato.

• Desislav (3/5): - Bathroom was the only thing which was OK Absolutely everything exept the bathroom. Old beds,dirty , not enough hot water, very bad beds , almost everything is broken or is totally amortized...for 20 years of traveling this is the worst place I ever was!

Dopo aver pagato anche la tassa di soggiorno e inviato i documenti, non ho più ricevuto le informazioni per effettuare il check in. Ho iniziato a telefonare al cellulare di riferimento, ma dopo diverse mancate risposte e messaggi lasciati in segreteria, il cellulare è stato spento. Ho passato tutto il pomeriggio in linea con Booking per ricevere assistenza, e soltanto alle ore 20 mi è pervenuto il link per accedere all’appartamento…senza neanche un cenno di scuse per il grave disagio.

• Tony (3/5): Poor - It is near to the transporting fecilities. Supermarkt and Restaurants are near to the location. First of all, It is a old apartment. They didn't properly checked the room before giving to me. The air conditioner was not working by the first day and lots of laundaries were in washing machine. The plug point in room is a disaster. It was really hot in the rooms and we opened windows at night. Window doors were very bad in condition and in the night outside were very noisy and we couldn't even sleep on the night. From the next day onwards we didn't have WiFi service. Absolutely we are unsatisfied.

• Serikkan (1/5): STAY AWAY! - NOTHING! Beware Bed Bug Infestation & Host Denial! We stayed at SanSiro 74 House for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Bed Bugs Everywhere! On our second night, we discovered bed bugs crawling under the mattress and on the walls! At first, we noticed small bugs on the pillows while sitting on the bed. Thinking they were just ordinary insects, we decided to check further—only to find them infesting the mattress. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice them earlier because on the first night, we were exhausted from our flight and fell asleep quickly. On the second day, we were out sightseeing all day and only returned around 2-3 AM. We had four beds and one sofa, but the only seemingly bug-free spot was the sofa, so all of us had to squeeze onto it just to get through the night. We contacted the landlord, providing photo evidence of the infestation. Instead of addressing the issue, they accused us of lying, claiming the sheets in the photos weren’t theirs. AND Threatened to report us instead of offering any help or compensation. Still No Support After this, we reached out to customer support and are still waiting for a response. We’re attaching photo proof below so future guests can be aware of the conditions here. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. Not only did we lose sleep and feel disgusted, but we were also wrongfully accused when we tried to resolve the issue. Stay away from this place unless you want to deal with bed bugs and a dismissive host!

• Jsarb (7/5): Convenient quirky vintage apartment - The quirky and vintage interior and that it is above a lovely cafe and a lot of convenient stores. The doors in the apartment are quite delicate, always conscious when closing them. The windows need abit of cleaning.

• Akob (1/5): Avoid at all costs! We found blood stains on some bedsheets, that is all you need to know about the hygiene standards at - Spacious Dirty, especially the towels and the bedsheets. We found blood stains on one of the bedsheets, someone’s footprint on another sheet, broken beds, broken chairs - horrible experience. The contact number was not helpful at all, saying they were only responsible for the check-in. I can’t emphasize enough how disgusting the apartment was.

• Balázs (3/5): Despite some positives, the stay was marred by poor cleanliness and broken amenities. Not recommend - The self-check-in process, including the method for tax payment, was well-prepared. However, it seems unnecessary to send the check-in instructions only after providing a photo of my ID to the owner. Since the apartment was fully paid for in advance, adding this extra step felt excessive. The ID photo could easily be shared later, and in many other places, the city tax is often paid later as well. The apartment was in a very poor condition. Despite the owner sending cleaning personnel for a second round, it was still not properly cleaned. There was a significant amount of dust, hair, and food on the floor, which had not been washed. The refrigerator was dirty, and we even found trash in the bedroom. Additionally, there was mold in the bathroom. The washing machine was still running upon our arrival, and the sheets and covers were drying inside the apartment, which was highly inconvenient. The sofa bed in the living room was broken and unusable for sleeping. Furthermore, the extra bed in one of the bedrooms was in such poor condition that we were concerned it might collapse during the night. Lastly, we were asked to leave the apartment at 10 a.m., even though it had been communicated that we could stay until 11 a.m., which was quite frustrating.
• Lisi (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. Enjoyable, pleasant stay. Nice coffee and tea available. Better to book the unit in advance and not at the last minute like I did because they make you go through sending photos of your ID and paying the city tax by card online before you get access to the place, and that of course takes some time. The bed could be more comfortable.
• Alexmsuly (7/5): Okay for 1 night but not for a long stay - The apartment was easy to self check in, the rooms were big. They had a nice vintage and stylish decor. Kitchen had coffee and utensils if you wanted to cook something. The beds were not comfortable, the mattress were hard and I couldn't sleep and get a proper rest at all. Bathroom shower gel was put into a cheap plastic dispenser. The AC was making a lot of loud noise during the night. The area the apartment is located is okay but not the safest one in Milan.

• Heiko (5/5): Made unpleasant by the smell of wet musty clothes. - We chose the location Sansiro because of an event. The apartment is conveniently located near shops, café’s and restaurants. It has very good connection to the public transport. The area is busy and noisy, but that is the case everywhere in Milano, and windows keep most of it out. We found a laundry rack full of clothes hung for drying in the corridor. That shouldn’t be. But the actual issue were wet clothes left in the washing machine which started smelling musty. Was it expected of us to fold away the dry clothes and hang the wet ones? This just made the whole experience very unpleasant. Maybe the caretakers didn’t have time to finish between guests. But even so, this is a no go, even for B&B apartments. And this isn’t a low-cost one.

• Attila (10/5): Ideal place to go to San Siro. - Good apartment in great location if you would like to go to a match at the San Siro. Easy pick up for the keys. Everything went smooth and easy. Clean and comfortable place to stay.
