Penny (1/5): COCKROACH INFESTATION. - COCKROACH INFESTATION. On the night of arrival, we discovered a cockroach infestation. The landlord did not provide an alternative accommodation and we were forced to find a hotel. The landlord is refusing to give a full refund stating that we did not give them a chance to find an alternative. They are using this as an excuse because I messaged them immediately with the problem and they did not provide an alternative option for us but insisted we send pictures straight away. Due to the urgency of escaping before the roaches got into our things, I was not able to provide pictures until the next day....However the landlord is still refusing a full refund.
