• Nina (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome! - The accommodation was very clean and really pretty! Great location! Communication was easy and the owner was ready to let us earlier since we have arrived early in the morning. Just 10 minutes from Spanish steps, right next to the villa borghese. Apartment was great for 6 people . I will come back again.

• Alexandros (6/5): Well-located property at a great location, but cleanliness could be improved - The location; building security and friendliness of the staff that greeted us upon check-in, and the size of the property. In terms of amenities, although we ultimately did not have to use it, it was quite handy to have a washer and a dryer at our disposal. Views from one of the rooms over a little street with restaurants were also quite lovely. It was also handy to have had 2 bathrooms as we were 2 families with 2 toddlers in total, and having easy access to a bathroom is always appreciated. Finally we appreciated the flexibility of the hosts when we asked to check out a little later than initially requested. Whilst the pictures are accurate in the most part, what is not visible is the accumulated wear and tear from what must have been hundreds of stays since the last renovation. We also felt that the property could have been better and more thoroughly cleaned before our stay - in addition to various marks on our duvet, the upholstery of the sofas and armchairs in the living room also felt a little dirty, the same for the carpets. The kitchen could also have used a more in-depth cleaning, as there seemed to be some oily spillage on the inox wall protector behind the stove. Some pots and pans were also stained or just heavily used. We also noticed there was what seemed to be a used bedsheet in one of the drawers in the closet of one of the rooms. With this standard of furnishings at this time and cleanliness, value for money could be slightly better.

Hem sessiz ve konforlu konaklamaya uygun hem de popüler yerlere 5-10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde idi. Örneğin İspanyol merdivenleri veya aşk çeşmesi ne ortalama 8-10 dakika yürüyerek ulaştık. hard rock cafe 5 dk mesafede. Negatif bir durum gözlemlemedim.

Muy bien ubicado - Muy cómodo , buena ubicación No cerraba la puerta del dormitorio principal, la secadora de ropa no secaba en caliente y la puerta de la lavadora muy dura para abrir. • TONY (8/5): Very Good - Apartment was well appointed and spacious. Its location was brilliant for all the standard sightseeing highlights. A minor items could have been better, if the rental agents inspected the property more often between rentals.

If you wish to leave in a quite area and still be in the Heart of Rome, this is the place. - The apartment is in a very central location, right in front of the Park Villa Borghes, and is in a walkable distance for main sights like Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Venezia. The train station (Roma Termini) is within 15 minutes walking distance. The apartment itself is fantastic, in an old building with the elevator and a Henry, a person who is always there to help you in anything you might need. We had two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen that was very well equipped for even cooking dinner.

Local seguro, fácil de acessar e anfitrião respondia com prontidão. Alguns trincos de portas estavam frouxos, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia.

• Yoel (3/5): טעון שיפור רב. - מיקום נהדר. קרוב מאוד לצנטרום. הדירה גדולה. המארח היה זמין. היה איחור מצד המארח בהעברת המפתח וגם כשקיבלנו מפתח לדירה, הדירה היא היתה מאוד מלוכלכת (לא ניקו לאחר עזיבת אורחים קודמים). אמנם המנקה ניקתה הדירה אבל הניקיון היה ברמה מאוד נמוכה. הספה ששימשה ללינה היתה עם כתמים.

It could be more clean, also Air Condition was not working properly. Some items ( like Ladder and Baby Seat) was in entrance, we asked for moving it and after one day it came back again and we forced to hide them behind curtains ! furnitures are Old , the Towels were not OK ( some of them were tear apart)

• sharon (9/5): Gret - Great location, easy to get to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and shopping areas. All well sound proofed so couldn't hear anything even though close to the Via veneto. They gave a camp bed instead of the sofa bed which was very comfy for my daughter. Great to have 2 bathrooms and the main one had a super shower with jets coming out of the wall as an option. The main bathroom was really lovely and lots of space to put your toiletries. the fan in the smaller bathroom was sensor operated and very loud and came on when you just walked past. It would wake you up if someone used the bathroom in the night. Some parts are a bit tired, like the sofa and There were odd things like a blood pressure machine and medical box and lots of odd style blankets in the drawers

Walking distance to all the main attractions and some great little restaurants and bars close by. We will definitely stay again if we cone back to Rome. One of our apartments was not ready until close to 6pm on check in day.
