- Karen (2/5): I will never stay here again due to poor management with a haughty attitude & sloppy house-keeping! - Convenience and security The shower head was broken and it took 4 days for the management to get someone in to the apartment to replace it! In all the cabinets of the kitchen, neatly stored, were ALL the DISHES, POTS AND PANS, glassware, forks, knives, spoons, other implements such as potato masher, strainers, EVERYTHING in the kitchen was covered in dried on old food. NOTHING in the kitchen had been cleaned since the last stay. All kitchen items were DIRTY. The kitchen towels were put away DIRTY. It was positively disgusting. In addition, BOTH KITCHEN LIGHT FIXTURES had burned out blubs and the management NEVER REPLACED THEM DURING MY STAY!
